COULDN'T PUT IN MY STATE ESTIMATED TAX…

COULDN'T PUT IN MY STATE ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENTS, FILLED OUT THE UNDERPAYMENT FORM, WHICH ISN'T NECESSARY, AND IT STILL DIDN'T CARRY THE PAYMENTS TO THE 2ND PAGE OF THE 511. OK WILL JUST HAVE TO ADJUST MY RETURN, WHICH WILL DELAY MY REFUND, THANKS

easy and fast

This is my third year using 1040.com. I found it very easy to navigate, and I have been able to access support when I have needed it.

Great for federal, terrible for state

Your federal filing is great, and simple. Only occasionally do I encounter forms without the correct form number visible (ex Form 8889). However, state filing drove me so insane that I opted out of filing it with your service altogether. I hunted through countless split-up forms and was never able to allocate my income properly for part-time residency. I submitted a help request and haven't heard back.
