As a hosting company, we signed up for a one month trial knowing that there is a 7 day trial, paid $20, checked it out and decided not to continue. We sent two emails to 10web.io for a refund and there was no reply.

I made the mistake of a free trial. I worked out fast that it didn't work for me - forced me to host my clients with them, no thanks, bye.

This contact just kept coming even whatsapp messages in the middle of the night. I ended up having to block them like you would to a crazy-ex.

Fatima in support is great, I got immediate help with my problem. The only thing for me that I did not know before I paid and migrated over is that if you migrate a website, you can't use the AI builder, you would need to regenerate your entire site and start again to use the AI functionalities. But the speed of their hosting is impressive and made it worth the change.

The sales pitch promises solutions that supposedly work with the paid version. After upgrading, it quickly became clear that the system isn't ready to work. Support constantly has to fix bugs just to be able to continue working. Then they deliberately delay things so you have to renew.

I canceled my plan, and support offered me seven free days because of the long delay. I agreed, but then I had to pay for another month immediately. In hindsight, they said the seven days are added on at the end.

My advice to everyone: Stay away!

I had a few problems because is not always easy to build a web site, sometimes the IA is not doing what you ask or something is wrong when you publish definitly your web, but I contact the support department and they were available so quick and they solve my problem, so quite happy.

Started using 10Web whitelabel reseller platform. I wanted to stop using it and cancel my account, however, after weeks of messaging their support/customer service asking for a refund and to cancel my account. They still haven't done either request and are going to try to charge me again soon(Good luck with that, you CROOKS). 10Web are crooks and have been fobbing me off for weeks. I've now had to pursue the issue with my bank, which is now looking into it. Run for the hills from 10Web.

These people are greedy. They will not refund you. I stopped using my website almost a year ago and was just charged for a yearly subscription even with my website disconnected. They recognize I’m not using the service and still refuse a refund. I would not recommend using their services.

I purchased multiple lifetime codes through AppSumo and trusted their platform to manage my websites. Unfortunately, my account access was suddenly disrupted, and I’ve been unable to properly restore or recover it.

What’s worse is the lack of clear support and resolution. I’ve reached out, but the issue remains unresolved, leaving my websites and business operations impacted.

For a company offering hosting and AI tools, reliability and account security should be the absolute priority. Right now, that trust is broken.

If this issue is resolved quickly and professionally, I’m open to updating this review. But at the moment, I cannot recommend 10Web based on my experience.

We experienced an issue where our IP was blocked after making CDN changes. After troubleshooting ourselves, we contacted 10Web support – and they resolved it in under 2 minutes.

Fast response, clear understanding of the problem, and an efficient fix. Very satisfied with the support!

I had my first ever tech issue that I couldn’t fix and when I reached out to Tech Support at 3am in the morning the assistance was professional and friendly. The issue was resolved and I was able to complete the website I was working on and meet my client delivery deadline. A big thanks to all the 10Web Care team!

My experience with 10Web.io was frustrating mainly due to subscription and support handling. I had very limited use of the service and faced account access issues, which made it difficult to manage or cancel my subscription.

Despite this, my plan was automatically renewed. I contacted support immediately to explain the situation, but my refund request was declined based strictly on their policy, without consideration of the circumstances.

Support responses were polite but felt very procedural, with no flexibility or case-specific resolution offered. While the subscription was eventually canceled to prevent future charges, the overall experience was disappointing.

I would recommend being very careful with renewal dates and account access, as refunds may not be granted even in situations like this.

I signed up for the free 3 day trial in order to test abililty to clone an existing website formatting, etc, then to edit and use my own content and photo's etc. the app was able to "clone", but once completed I was not able to edit or update or change anything in the website. "Setting up preview" would flash constantly, up to 30 minutes on 1 attempt. some online AI tools told me the free version doesn't really work and you have to find work arounds to get the preview to work. What a great disappointment- I certainly won''t pay for a service that is advertised to have a free trial for a test drive- the test drive was miserable, why would I pay for it when it's broken on the test drive?
