The convenience of using 123Cards is…

The convenience of using 123Cards is important to me. It is very easy to compose a card just the way you want it. 123Cards is very user friendly in that I can locate an e-address and easily insert it into the information to send the card. I wish there were more colors for texts rather than just black. And, I would really enjoy more "spiritual" based cards...not religious, but cards that reach the spirit!

Cards ok but I made an error

Cards ok but regrettably the annual charge which seems automatic at over £59 surprised me and I would have not have used them
123 have quickly responded and have kindly resolved all of my issues which were probably been caused by me. I have absolutely no complaint and as I mentioned the ecard was excellent and well received .

I can certainly appreciate that a membership charge is an unwelcome surprise if you're not expecting it. We do display this clearly during sign-up, but we completely understand that things can be easy to miss when you're in a hurry to get a card sent.

That's why we also send a confirmation email straight away. As the account was registered with your wife's email address, the confirmation landed in her inbox rather than yours.

I'm really glad you got in touch with our customer support team and that we were able to sort everything out for you straight away.

As we mentioned, a membership isn't necessary to enjoy our premium cards — you can always send individual cards on a pay-as-you-go basis, or use our basic cards completely free.

We hope to see you back the next time an occasion calls for a special card!

couldn't tell which cards were free

couldn't tell which cards were free. didn't appreciate that. Also, my niece said it was going to charge her $5.99 to send a thank you back. That's terrible.

Just to reassure you: Your card was sent completely free of charge. Our free Basic ecards can always be sent at no cost — you can recognize them by their smaller format with ads featured alongside, and as a good rule of thumb they can be found at the bottom of the category. You will also see the option to send for free on the page where you fill in the card.

As for your niece, recipients are never charged to view their card. The sender’s email address is included with the card so recipients can easily get in touch directly at no cost. If she saw a charge, she would have been looking at a premium card option — but there are of course always free cards available too.

Initial impressions are good however I…

Initial impressions are good however I have cancelled subscription (used trial) and despite I am now charged £59.88 for something I have cancelled ( 123C-17500656851 ) used online form to contact the company - there is no phone number at all or online chat to speak to the customer service. The monthly price they show is £4.99 so I would expect at least the difference to be paid back. Just be careful with this site and trial option as a single card can become expensive disaster.

Your cards were sent successfully via text message to the mobile number you provided, and have been delivered as requested.

If you don’t have the recipient’s email, using your own email together with the recipient’s mobile number—just as you did—is absolutely the right approach. You can also use the “copy link” feature to share the card via apps like WhatsApp or Messenger, depending on how you usually stay in touch.

Never disappointed!

Everything about selecting the card and…

Everything about selecting the card and preparing it to be sent was perfect. Paying to be a year long user was a tiny bit of a hassle but that may have been at my end as I tried to use a debit card rather than a credit card..

Well Worth the Cost

This is easy to use, has a wide selection and no limits. Cards for every occasion and you can even make your own. My account works on every tool I use...phone, iPad and computer. Well worth the cost. I find pre programming cards especially helpful. PS They even gave a personal response to this initial post. There are real people in this company that care about their service.

Great customer service

I accidentally bought the wrong type of account. I contacted the company for a refund. They got back to me right away which was really impressive! They made a change that I was able to accept and overall 123 cards was a great experience!
