Total waste of time.
We ordered 500 litres of heating oil they confirmed delivery for the following day they didn't turn up. They have ignored phone calls emails and WhatsApp messages.
Shame because we have used them in the past and thought they was a company we could trust and rely on but guess not we have ordered from a different supplier now and I'm guessing we will not be ordering from 123oil again. Total Shame

We were let down by our current provider and desperately needed more oil. I went online to get a quote and Nick phoned me within 5 minutes and delivered within 48 hours. Great service and I would definitely use them again.

After being let down badly by my regular supplier of heating oil 123 Oil delivered the next day to save us from running out of oil. I am now switching to be a regular customer. Cant thank them enough for being so kind, efficient and reliable

Having realised I had run out of oil at 9pm on Monday, few phone calls with no delivery available from anyone else before Friday, Then Nick replied to my voicemail and managed to get a delivery sorted for me the following day, tanker arrived at 10am following morning. Reliable and fantastic service, would definitely recommend. Many thanks 123oil, you savedus from a few uncomfortable cold days and we couldn't be happier about that 😊.

One call to 123oil on a Saturday morning and our emergency was dealt with in a way that I can only describe as providing outstanding customer service. Order taken, kept informed, delivery made so highly recommend 123oil and will be using them for our regular supply. Thank you to the 123oil team, you are amazing.

Home Fuels Direct let me down so badly over a four day period that I was running on fumes - - then , like magic , one phone call to Nick at 17:30 & my oil found it’s way from Sutton Coldfield to Henley-on-Thames by 11:00 the next morning .
I am so grateful to two very kind helpful professionals.

After being let down by Watsons Oil and having run out, I contacted Nick at 123 at 3pm who arrived for a delivery to arrive the next day. The driver was with us by 8.15am. Nick also offered me advice should I have issues restarting my boiler and other solutions to avoid running out again. Truly exemplary service.

What fantastic service we had from 123 oil when they came to remove our oil and tank when we changed to gas in the village hall in Derrington.
These guys were on time ,friendly ,very helpful, and did an amazingly tidy and efficient job of emptying the tank and removing it onto the back of their truck.
The price was the best on the internet and I would recommend these guys 100%

We were in desperate trouble on thurs before the easter fri as we had run out of oil. We phoned many place who couldn't help and then we across Nick and his son - who within 2 hrs of putting in the order had delivered the oil. Great family run business and v professional. When Nick's son had finished delivering the oil he even offered to bleed our tank in case there was any problem with boiler starting. Thks to both again and keep up the great service

We had been let down by another company and had no heating or hot water. The service was great and they came within four hours. The person who answered the phone was so helpful.

As a result of a faulty gauge we ended up with no oil - with freezing temperatures and a baby in the house we needed same day delivery. All suppliers that advertised same day delivery were quoting at the earliest, a 7 day delay! Called 123 and the guys were so helpful. They went above and beyond to deliver our oil on the same day and had the house warm by the evening (including bleeding the boiler). This was appreciated even more when I found out they had driven for over 2.5hrs to get to us! A great service throughout - thanks to all at 123

SAME DAY DELIVERY...Absolutely brilliant customer service. Exactly how all businesses should run. Unfortunately I ran out of kerosene oil and was stuck with no hot water or heating (my fault). I must of rang 50 different companies before I came across 123 Oils. I spoke to Nick who was very helpful and he sent someone out the same day (6 hours later than the call) to refill me up again. Matt the fuel delivery driver was very quick and incredibly helpful resetting my boiler and priming it in the rain!!! as it was blocked which took a further 20 minutes. He didn’t have to but he did it so we were fully operational again. Woudn’t use anymore else, very competitive prices. 123 OILS

Ran out of oil on a Saturday and 123oil had a delivery with me by 1230! Great job, thank you.

Thanks to a faulty gauge we found ourselves completely out of oil. Our usual supplier was less than interested in helping and none of the other suppliers that offered same day delivery on Google were actually able to do anything faster than 2 days. Then we found 123 Oil. The lovely calm chap on the end of the phone made it so easy to order that we actually wondered if the oil would turn up - we just couldn’t believe it could be that easy! Sure enough though, at 3pm that afternoon a knight in a shining tanker arrived and we all had heating and hot water again. Will be telling my old supplier where to poke it now and switching to 123.

Let down by boiler juice in the covid 19 crisis Nick came to the rescue within 6 hours. Slightly premium price but for a super premium service. Offered good price when life returns to normal. Aga warm radiators warm whole hose 12 degrees warmer. Priceless. A warm thank you

I was without heating oil and hot water for 14 days as the driver of 3 companies could not get up my drive, slipping off the sides. I was most impressed with the service of 123oil , who delivered with their skilled cheeful driver without any difficulty. Being an 80 year old woman you can imagine my relief. Thank you, Ursula Hall

Terrible. They were meant to deliver oil for central heating tank yesterday in Swindon but did not arrive. Despite numerous phone calls, no one answered or made contact. They've left an old lady with no heating and hot water and no idea of if they are going to deliver the oil.

Update 26.12.19 She was contacted by 123oil the day after the oil was due and a redelivery was arranged and the company were apologetic. Although their company should contact people in better time and let them know what is happening, they have delivered the oil so I have updated the review. This was their response:

Can you please remove this review . You were contacted on the Saturday explaining the person that took your was rushed to hospital with severe chest pains and did indeed spend 2 days in ICU . It is very unfortunate that there was a non delivery on Friday due to circumstance out of our control. You were given a full refund. You will be aware you tried many companies that could not deliver until the New year you were contacted when our director was fit again on the Saturday even though he has been most unwell.

I would appreciate if you could remove this negative review as I feel in the circumstance this review is inappropriate.
