I’m having to leave this review in hopes that the experience can be improved for the future. My battery in my dad’s car is dead. I’m in town to tie up loose ends following the death of my father. I desperately need to use the car to make it to important appointments. I purchased a battery and set an appointment for 9-11AM in hopes I could fulfill my obligations for the day. 11am came and went, then 12, then 1pm. They were never able to dispatch someone to help me after I paid $425. My finances are minimal these days so this was an incredible burden for not receiving service. When it got to be near 2pm I cancelled my purchase, however, I’m still out $425 until my refund hits my account.
To make matters worse, I suffered a medical emergency that night and without a car, I ended up having to call 911 with no health insurance. I assumed the incredible cost of the ambulance because I didn’t have my vehicle ready. I’m so sad because the overwhelming cost of putting faith into this repair, ultimately sunk me into further debt. I’m sorry to have to share this but do hope this review makes it to the right hands to improve experiences for future customers. Thank you.

Customer Service was excellent and very helpful in answering questions. The delivery and installation service of the truck battery was quick, easy, and very helpful to the situation we were in. I would totally use this company, again, if needed.

Everything went smooth, it was simple to find what I needed and checkout without any hassle or issues.

Placed order - waited 8 hours for them to ‘locate a technician’. Big waste of time - don’t recommend

My battery replacement was set 8am-10 am. No one showed up or informed me of any status change even after 10am. The online chat is a joke. I tried to register and log in-it always gave me error.

Being stranded for 4 days we were happy to see our technician Kyle come to our rescue. Arrived within 4 hours. Was very polite. Installed the truck's battery with no problem. The truck started up right away, yay! 1800Battery was worth the money. Thanks guys! : )

I have used 1-800-Battery a few times and I appreciate their help so much! This time, Ray G. came and helped us when my daughter's car left her stranded after we ate at a local restaurant. Luckily, I was with her and she was able to come with me to wait until someone could come help us. The wait time (from 8 pm until the following afternoon at about 3:30) is the only negative. Ray was so friendly and helpful! He even called a friend/mechanic to ask a question bc the starter also had to be replaced so I had to have it towed! :$

Placed an order for a new battery on Sunday. It was installed on Monday morning. The installer was great. He identified another mechanical issue and was able to take care of this as well.

Very convenient to have a tech come to the house to install. Pricing of the battery was competitive. I wish the installer was a bit more pleasant to deal with.

He was courteous, He let me know how long it was going to take him from where us was coming from. Definitely a great representation for the company. I felt like he truly cared that I got my car running.

Our technician, Willie, was amazing. He was on time, very professional, and it was really hot out. He got it done in minimal time and my daughter was back on the road. I will use this service again.

Purchased a battery back in Feb 2024 and it only lasted June 2025. They came out and replaced the battery as it was under warranty and within a week my vehicle will not start and had a diagnose performed on my vehicle and the battery need to be replaced. Called 1800Battery to let them know the issue and they said i no longer have warranty. I went and purchased a battery form a local store and come to find out they placed the incorrect battery on my vehicle. I cannot get a refund as I no longer have the battery in my hands utter rip off. I will no not recommend this place of business to anyone.

Fast service, especially on a Sunday! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly technician.

New battery was installed Saturday morning. Vehicle started. Tried to start vehicle at 6:00pm Saturday, but it was dead and would not start. Called and text 800-battery 7:00pm Saturday informing of no start. It is now 11:00am Sunday, and I am awaiting call back and followup appointment.

Ordered my battery at 12:15pm. Hours later someone called and said my eta was between 5-6 pm. Ok no problem because I don't start work until 7pm. Then around 5:45 driver calls me and can't find address...stood outside in the rain waiting cuz he said was on my street
...well he couldn't find me because 1800 battery gave him my street address in a whole other city! So I told him the proper address and eventually he made it here and had my battery installed around 7pm! Needless to say I was late to work and also written up. So on top of the ridiculous amount 1800 battery charges anyway, I lost wages at work and a blemish on my record. Long story short, don't make any plans and be prepared to be frustrated plus your pockets low if u plan on dealing with this company
