Scam. Avoid at all costs. If your car battery is dead, call AutoZone. I paid $350 for 1-800-Battery to come and replace my battery, which died 10 months later. They replaced it under warranty, BUT the service still cost me $120. Guess how long the replacement lasted? And after they replace your dud with a dud, they'll tell you that 10% off the next dud is the best they can do. A car battery should last between 3 and 5 years, and when you get two batteries back to back that last 10 and 9 months respectively, you have to wonder.

The brand of the battery was different that I paid and choose. I paid more than $500 hundred dollars for a battery that it was less than a $200 hundred, I chose the expensive one and get the cheapest one.

I call and told me that it was the battery that they have and they did not make my the discount for the a new user .

When I googled KIA batteries your site popped up. At first I was skeptical but after the reviews I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! It was fast and efficient. Chris Miller was very polite and professional and had our new battery installed in no time. I especially appreciated him knowing in what order to unplug the battery so as not to mess up the electrical system. Would use again in a heart beat.

After I placed the order the process was smooth and transparent. I got messages and emails putting where the technician was and when he would be at site with the battery replacement. Your website was very confusing as to which battery I needed to order. If a car has 2 batteries, please make it clear for the average person to determine which battery is which. Otherwise, this was a great experience. The tech that came out to switch my battery was awesome.

Ordered and paid for a battery online to be delivered and installed ASAP (within 2 hours per the website). 3 days and many calls/texts to customer service before the service appointment actually took place. When the technician arrived, he was unable to complete the job due to "forgetting" something at home. Returned later that evening to install the battery. Car is now in the shop-bad battery. I called customer service and was advised they would need to come out (at a cost to me of $99.00) to verify and that my shop was just trying to upsell me. Complete waste of $350.00

James came from another state to replace my battery on a Sunday. Took him about an hour including drive time, install and check alternator. He was fast and efficient. I will use 1 800 Battery again if needed.

The technician, Steven, was very competent and friendly. The battery was installed in just minutes.

The only hitch that I could cite for improvement would be the tracking of the time of arrival. The link indicated that Steven would not arrive for 5 hours when, in fact, he was 25 minutes away. Steven did notify me when he was nearing my home so it turned out not to be a problem at all.

Due to my recent transplant surgery, I needed help getting a car battery replaced in my Jeep.Easy Schedule an ordering process Online. Took care of payment online. Technician REY showed up on time and replaced out my bad battery with a new one. He did a great job and and went above and beyond.
