From long time I have been asking for self exclusion on my account.
Every time they are sending you offers of free spins etc just to keep you in .
As well neverending 8%withdraw policy is insane. There is no period of 30 days no begining and end period. And any additional withdraws even after 30 days is charged 8 %.
Writing that review as hope some authority may look to multiple complaints as that company is not complying with gambling regulations in many eu countries.
Self exclusion policy is obligatory on request and non compliance is severe breaching of regulations in my opinion.

Stay away from this casino! They are absolute fraudsters and thieves.
I had a balance of €1,000. I played games fairly, lost some money on Blackjack, and eventually tried to withdraw my remaining €450. Not only have they made me wait for over THREE WEEKS for my withdrawal, but they eventually just deleted my winnings and rejected the payout.
When I asked why, they gave me a vague excuse about "bonus manipulation" and told me to contact their support via email for more details. I have sent multiple emails, and they have NOT responded for over TWO WEEKS. They are completely ghosting me after stealing my money.
This is a classic scam tactic: they let you deposit and lose, but the moment you win or try to withdraw your own balance, they make up fake rules and stop communicating. This site belongs to the Famagousta B.V. group do not trust them with a single cent!
I will be reporting this to every gambling authority and forum until this is resolved.

I was reading this opinions and I was going crazy because I hade huge payout.
4k€ on one transaction and more waiting. I had to wait 5 day for confirmation but I got it. Casino have really good RTP and the games actually pay. They could work on withdrawal system, but definitely not a scam. So if You are in situation like me, just don't cancel withdrawals.

Just made a withdrawal of 80euro and have 1.77 left in my balance. It's still pending. If my withdrawal actually gets to my bank, I'll happily up my stars. It doesn't look too likely at this stage, judging by other reviews. The 5star reviews are clearly fakes. But, if my withdrawal actually goes through, I'll change my review. As of now, I consider this site a scam and would recommend people stay away.

By far worst site I have ever used,
And if you make more than one withdrawal in a month they charge 8% on any withdrawals,
Because they withdrawal process takes days I cancelled my original withdrawal request and they deem that multiple withdrawals even though I never withdrew the money the first 2 or 3 times!!
I have had 6 or so requests to close this account go unanswered,
When they email you back about closing the account they offer you a bonus with ridiculous wager requirements to stay and when you refuse they just stop emailing you and never action your original request,
The service is awful

Withdrawal refused after accepting documents
I had a very bad experience with 1bet.com.
When I opened my account, I completed verification by submitting my ID and an internet utility bill. These documents were accepted, and I was allowed to deposit and place bets normally.
When I requested a withdrawal of $143, the situation changed. The casino suddenly claimed that my proof of address was not acceptable. To cooperate, I submitted everything they requested: my ID again, the same internet bill, and two official bank account statements, all issued within the last 6 months, showing my full name and address, with all four corners visible.
Despite providing documents that are clearly listed as acceptable in their own requirements, 1bet refused them without giving a clear or specific reason. My withdrawal has now been delayed for more than 7 days.
This looks like unfair withdrawal blocking after deposits are accepted. I would advise other users to be very careful before using this website.

Withdrawal pending now for a few days .. Sent requested documents which I was emailed about to say they were received and reviewed but didn't say if they were approved or not. Honestly the communication is just dire from this site. The online chat is just useless with the same rote answers that don't actually address the issue that players have asked. No idea why its taking so long to process a small Withdrawal of 140 euro
