Will not pay out withdrawals for 5-7 working days easily. Will make special offers which have terrible Ts & Cs which make it difficult to play with. Customer Service awful. Legally no complaint process.

I was scammed. I made a deposit and I haven't received anything for more than a month. When I filed a complaint, they didn't respond to me, and some of them banned me. I do not advise you to play on this site. I warn you.👎

The best thing to do is not to play here.
Very bad betting site, do not believe the positive comments.
It's just a scam.

Username Jesscar . This company never answers any mails. I have written 20 times asking them to close my account due to gambling issues and they only answer like this to prolong. This has been there answer again and again for weeks. See below.
Dear Anne,
We are sincerely sorry to hear that you wish to close your account.
As we aim to resolve any issues you may have in the best and most efficient way possible, we would like to kindly ask you to let us know the reason behind your request.
We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Customer care is the shittiest i have ever seen. I am trying to close my account on this site for like 6 months and they don't even respond to messages. My last message to customer care was 7 days ago and they never respond back so i can't close my account even tho i sent them a dozen messages already. And the withdrawal time is just awful, waiting for like 3 days to get your money. And they say they offer live cashout on bets but they never did for me lol. Stay as far away from this site as posibble.

Whatever you do DON’T use this “sportsbook”. I wish I had read these reviews before I did. Deposited $225 to get $225 in bonus funds. Worked through the promo. I received “congrats on getting through your bonus, now this is cash” message. Only once it was time to withdraw my $632 that mind you had been turned into withdraw-able cash, a day later tried to take it out and got a message saying it was “denied because bonus manipulation was detected”. It’s funny because they’ll let you keep betting all you want with that “real cash” but not withdraw it. They’re just hoping you lose it all. All I did was bet $100 a game on baseball to get through it. I made sure not to violate any of the promo rules because I was getting bad vibes. This place is nothing more than a shake down. Please don’t give them your business. I learned of this place from the Betstamp ‘Offers’ page and have already asked them to remove it. I’m now trying to withdraw my original $225 which they’ll probably find a reason to decline also. This place will take your money win or lose. Disgusting and pathetic “sportsbook”. After thoroughly reading this the bonus rules which they have hidden from the main page, it basically says they can void it for any reason. This is what customer service quoted
(d) Increasing the balance and then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc.) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus
Like what? I’ve been betting for 10 years. What does that even mean?
Anyways the chances of this being properly resolved is the same odds of the Epstein list being made public but I’ll leave my username here: DonPatrone
They probably already stole my information and sold it on the black market lmao.

This is my second email in a week. They did not close my account permanently as I have sent more then 10 emails to close it in last 15 days. They are not following the guidelines. Worst customer service ever received. They don't even pay you winnings.

No-nonsense summary
You have held back €4,830. Period.
You never made the payment and keep deceiving every customer.
Do you pretend to be “support” for those struggling with gambling? In reality, you are something else entirely: you don’t close accounts, you drain them down to the last cent, with no regard for personal difficulties.
The latest reviews are not made up: they are the stories of those you have already harmed.
Want to make them disappear? The platforms ignore you: you’re already considered unreliable.
The core issue
Withdrawal request: €4,830
Result: continuous refusals, increasingly absurd.
Request for a “notarial deed” to authenticate the ID card:
—but not a serious one, with certified email or courier.
Just a simple selfie with the phone.
It’s like the Bank of Italy asking for a blurry PDF with a coffee stain in the corner to unblock an account.
The worst part? They know perfectly well you will never see that money again.
Yet they send you to spend €700 mercilessly at a notary for a document they probably won’t even check.
They treat you with little transparency, causing great distress. Some have even reached severe depression.
To them, you are just a number.
The farce of “processing”
Chat while the withdrawal status shows “processing”:
Me: WHAT DOES “PROCESSING” MEAN?
Beth S.: “Please give me a few minutes to check the details of your account. Thank you.”
Beth S.: “Your patience has been helpful! The withdrawal was successfully processed. Keep an eye on your account.”
Me: “Maybe you didn’t understand.”
Me: “1. You changed the status just to keep me calm.”
Beth S.: “I assure you that’s not the case. I explained what ‘processing’ means.”
Time passes. The withdrawal remains eternally “processing.”
So I change strategy. I enter chat as the “village idiot,” with an innocent, excited tone:
Me: “Eureka!!! I saw my withdrawal is processing, right?”
Sarah M.: “Thanks for contacting us! My name is Sarah, and I’ll assist you today.”
Sarah M.: “Please give me a few minutes to check.”
Me: “Sure, dear.”
Me: “Ooooh how nice, all that money, I’m thrilled.”
Me: “Sorry for the enthusiasm, but you see I’m happy.”
Sarah M.: “Thank you for your time!”
Me: “:)”
Sarah M.: “The withdrawal has been processed. The amount is on its way.”
Me: “Yuyuyuyuyuy!”
Me: “All that money? It’s all mine?”
Me: “Excuse me, so my account is verified now, right?”
Sarah M.: “You will receive the amount shortly. For more info, contact your bank.”
Me: “So it’s verified, yes or no?”
Sarah M.: “Regarding the moment when your account is fully active, if more info is needed, you will be contacted, rest assured.”
The grand finale: the block
Account blocked with three different random excuses.
When I ask why:
Me: “Why did you reject it again, after saying it was ‘processing’?”
Victoria S.: “Thanks for the information.”
Victoria S.: “You can write to support@1bet100.com.”
Oh, almost forgot: there’s one last email about a final withdrawal request made two days ago, kindly and precisely explaining the reason:
“Dear Francesco,
We are contacting you regarding your recent withdrawal request.
We inform you that the request was unsuccessful due to technical reasons.
To proceed, we kindly ask you to submit the request again.
We assure you that your case will be prioritized and ask for a bit more patience.”
THEN, A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, AFTER YET ANOTHER REJECTION FOLLOWING THE “PROCESSING” STATUS, I RECEIVED A VERY METICULOUS AND DETAILED EMAIL.
Today, May 20, always via a meticulous “no prior notice” or reason, the account status changed from blocked to deleted.
Now today they even permanently removed my user identity: account deleted. Poof! Gone.
But look at that... they surely aren’t offended, right?
Maybe because thanks to my reports (yes, only to serious providers, not accomplices) someone started leaving them for good?
Or because my complaints have started making their lives a bit uncomfortable? Newspapers, authorities, agencies, you name it.
Come on, what’s the big deal! So touchy... a little humor, 1Bet! Have a laugh once in a while.
Anyway, let’s be honest: closing my account going from “blocked” to “deleted” is like saying multiplying zero by any number... it still equals zero. The result doesn’t change.
I wouldn’t have seen my money anyway.
But at least before I could pretend to try.
Now not even the pretense. End of the show.
Oh no, what now?? Damn me, well surely in another life I must have behaved badly or these 1Bet folks would never have skipped paying me and it’s definitely my fault yes yes definitely...
😉

I opened the account, made a deposit and won 2 bets on sports and football worth 210 euros and they don't want to process my withdrawal, saying that I have to do a rollover, even though I only deposited and won, I didn't use a free bet

resolved they paid me. I also think that 1 bet should improve the withdrawal method. however my case was resolved

Good site with good odds. However, I can not recommend this betting site to anyone because of their withdrawal process. My withdrawal has been sitting at pending for 3 days now and I have contacted their awful Live Chat service who are unable to give me an update. Hopefully I get my money soon but a really really poor service

I strongly advise everyone to avoid 1Bet. My experience has been shocking and feels like outright fraud.
– Fake bets were placed on my account totaling €33,000. These bets were made without my consent or knowledge, and when I discovered them, it was already too late.
– No transparency or accountability. When I contacted support, they offered vague answers and completely ignored the fact that bets had been placed that I did not authorize.
– Identical pattern on other Norwegian accounts. After connecting with other Norwegian users on local forums, I’ve learned that 1Bet has placed the exact same series of fake bets on multiple accounts. It seems designed to make it look like the player lost their balance "legitimately". – Now completely ignoring me. 1Bet has stopped replying to my emails, and their live chat agents simply disconnect or go silent when I raise the issue.
– Account suspended for deposits and withdrawals. After I complained, they locked my account so I can't deposit or withdraw, essentially freezing my remaining balance.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
I deposited and played through the bonus requirements and won on football and horse racing bets. When I went to withdraw €850 they left the bet pending for 5 days and then rejected the withdrawal. My account went back to the original €150 deposited. I’ve contacted them on live chat with no joy, just told to contact support through email.
I’ve used a lot of betting companies and this is the first time I’ve had problems with any withdrawal.
I’ll update if I get any reply but I won’t hold my breath 🙈.

After a week or so of using the site and winning some medium sized bets, I get a message that my winnings are being taken due to bonus manipulation. Seems to be a common theme after reading reviews.
I’ll be reporting this to every gambling commission i can and every review site until this is resolved. Basically stealing from their customers

I joined this online casino and took the welcome offer (WB100NS). I had a REAL cash balance around $1,600 at the time I finished the campaign. In my bonus balance there was around $550. The bonus got transferred into my real cash balance. I then withdrew $2,182.50. After 4 days they denied my request and said there was manipulation against the terms and conditions and all my money was gone other than $450 of what I deposited. Through the campaign I read the terms and conditions thoroughly because I wanted to be aware of what this campaign was all about.
Fast forward today, I hop on live chat to talk to an agent. She said it was due to bonus manipulation but could not give me a specific reason under the terms and conditions. She said she’d go check the exact reasoning and email me but it would take 15-20 mins. (Wouldn’t you think if I did manipulate the bonus a reasoning would be pinned to my account and it would be easy to explain to the client what they did wrong?)
Anyways, she emails me back and all she says is please read terms and conditions of bonus manipulation. Are you kidding me?!? Nothing was manipulated.
Here is the sports bonus terms and conditions and written below each one is my explanation. I have thoroughly went through each one and none have been compromised :
Placing bets listed as restricted gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules
There was no bets placed as listed in gameplay rules. All bets I have placed were greater than the odds stated. The markets that are restricted don’t even let you bet on those during this campaign. So this is cleared.
Placing bets on opposite outcomes or repetitive bets
Again, there was NO bets placed on opposing outcomes either. The website would not even allow you in the first place it is RESTRICTED.
Placing bets on your real + virtual balance more than twice in a row
I never even used my bonus balance as all my money was in my REAL BALANCE.
Increasing the balance and then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc.) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus
There was no significant changes in my sports betting whatsoever. No big increase in balance or gaming pattern.
Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.
For a bet to count towards my bet campaign progression, the maximum amount that could count would be 50% of the initial deposit. The campaigns progression was not boosted in any way.
1BET I have sent you a email today with this as well. I expect a refund of $1,732.50 as 450.05 has already been refunded.
Please fix this.

I am extremely disappointed with 1Bet's approach to responsible gambling. Despite informing them of my gambling addiction and requesting account closure, they ignored my plea and allowed me to continue playing, resulting in significant financial loss. To make matters worse, it took them two weeks to finally close my account after my initial request.
This behavior is unacceptable for a company that claims to follow responsible gambling principles. Ignoring a clear request for help shows a complete disregard for customer well-being.
To address this issue, I reached out to the relevant regulatory authority, the Curaçao Gaming Control, as well as local law firms. However, no one has been willing to assist me or even respond to my emails. It appears that they are all complicit in this scheme, prioritizing the interests of gambling operators over player protection.
I strongly advise others, especially those who are vulnerable or struggling with gambling issues, to stay away from 1Bet. Their failure to take responsible gambling seriously proves that profit is their only concern.
Unless they make drastic improvements, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
