Horrible site. Don’t use!
They are horrible! I created an account and deposited money. From the moment I did, I have had nothing but trouble. I try to bet and I get an error message. I try talking to customer service and they are just rude. I’m given an email address to email for help, but I NEVER get ANY replies from the address. I can’t bet and they won’t refund my money back. They just keep saying I need to bet, which I can’t due to a some error from their system. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This company cannot withdraw your money simply because their payment system does not work! I don’t know, maybe this is an excuse to scam people. The first time I waited 4 days for my withdrawal, from January 17th, and it was "FAILED". 4 days of waiting wasted! And now my withdrawal has been awaiting review again for 2 days! I have played at more than 10 other bookmakers before, and I have never seen such a disgusting service as 1bet. They don't care about your withdrawal requests. They are only interested in deposits.

I deposited €20 with a bonus code, which gave me a €20 casino bonus. I won over €1,900 with this bonus. At the same time, I was able to check how many times I had to wager the amount before I could withdraw it. That's normal when you play with a bonus. When the amount had been wagered, my entire balance was suddenly deducted. Apparently the terms and conditions state that you can win a maximum of five times the bonus. I was then credited with €100. The €1,900 is simply gone. Why should you play if you can only win €100 anyway? Beware of this dubious casino! Not recommended! Balance can be deducted at any time!
