My user experience was 5/5 in the beginning, great selection of sports and a very good user interface. However as soon I met the wager requirements, my bets are limited to 1-2 EUR, only singles are allowed up to max 2.00 odds.
Customer service is not helpful, saying the limitation is irreversible and throwing different figures on the additional (?) rollover requirements every time. I have evidence I made the wager more than 6-7 times, but money withdrawal was rejected multiple times. I'm afraid I'll never get my money.
I'll update this review to 5 stars once my withdrawal request has been processed.

Update: withdrawal successfully processed after this post.

Deposited $250 - Made $750 - requested withdrawal - they sent me that that there was missuse of account - account got substracted by $500 - now I only see $250

Customer service told me SORRY BUT BYE BYE THATS IT … requesting withdrawal now, and NEVER using this scam platform ever again (will see if i even get my money back)

There is a reason that this platform has 2/5 rating and i should have known better…

EDIT - received my deposit refund back after 7 days of waiting, without the profits i made - will never use this platform again!

REPLY TO 1BET - Just want to reply to 1BET CS Aand prove my point… you will reply that I “violated the terms and bet too high and then too low” and thats why winnings have been forfeighted. Just to make everyone aware: I had bets in the span of $75 and $400. In other words, you are “Micromanaging” my betting paterns, and why would i use a platform like this?

1Bet, unfortunately, has been an enormous disappointment. The live betting API is abysmal, riddled with constant delays and sluggish odds updates. Placing a live bet on this platform is an exasperating experience, often taking anywhere from 20 to 120 seconds—completely unacceptable for a service that claims to offer live betting.

However, the worst aspect of 1Bet is their atrocious customer service. The live chat representatives seem uninterested in providing any real help, repeatedly responding with vague reassurances like "Don't worry," when, in fact, every customer on this platform has ample reason to be concerned.

Despite submitting a comprehensive range of KYC documents, including my passport, a selfie with the passport, bank statements, a driver’s license, and a national ID card, 1Bet inexplicably requested an additional selfie with my driver’s license. This makes no sense whatsoever. The ease with which one can deposit funds contrasts starkly with the agonizing struggle to withdraw them. This is a scandalous practice.

I have been waiting for over a week for approval on a larger withdrawal, while smaller amounts have typically been processed within a day. The inconsistency and delay in handling payouts are infuriating and raise serious concerns about the platform’s integrity.

1Bet is a bookmaker that should have its license revoked for its blatant mistreatment of customers. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of 1Bet.

Stay well away - 3 months asking to close my account and they will not do it.The single worst site and all staff on chats are bots - "Maddison" has been on chat for 48 hrs now and counting.

My experience with this website is great other than when it comes to withdrawal. It has been 5 days from my withdrawal request. I've send some documents for security purpose. Hope I get my money soon so I can give it a 5 star rating.

It is a joke of a bookie, it is the same scam bookie a betobet, champion bet and any other bookie that this provider, They limited me to 1 eur max per bet and minimum 1 eur as well, the joke comes when you try to bet only 1 eur they say your exceed the limits jajjajjaj. App is designed to not withdraw money: my account was forgotten after a month and when I deposited more money I had to wait a week for the account to clear. I had to call customer service and have a check mailed a week later. I was asked to provide my password over the phone for verification which is deeply insecure. Expressing my security concerns resulted in my account being locked and having to wait 24-48 hours for additional verification to check out the next time I tried to log on.

The company feels to amateur to trust them with my money in the future. I feel there is a large risk of them getting hacked with their current security posture.

I must admit that i deposited the minimum amount of money(witch is 35€ like whats that why do i need to deposit that much) and i staked in a game. I won the game and in like 1 hour the money was in my 1bet account. I need to withdraw the money in my bank account and thats where the problem is. For withdrawing you need to deposit 3 whole times(minimun is 35€) so 105€ for it to let you withdraw to your wallet. You are there to just stake and play a bet safe and you need to risk 105€ just to withdraw your winnings. After that it may take up to 3 working days for the money to withdraw. Thats nothing good for the people that use the app. Please 1bet respond to me and dont make me pay 105€ for my winnings to withdraw. I won just to pay again? Thats not fair for anyone!

Awful website, they are real scammers. They don't really help you to make a self-exclusion. Cash out is not available. Support doesn't help. Almost impossible to verify your account.

Yet another Curacao based online betting company that are 100% scam artist. For your own sake do not use this company unless you plan to lay your bets!

This company is stealing people's money. When I registered I was not interested in the bonus. I just wanted to do sport betting using my own money. I talked to an agent on live chat who said I can remove the bonus and they even guided me how to do it which I did.
Yesterday morning I made a withdrawal which was in pending status till now and now it's rejected saying insufficient rollover. I did not participate in the welcome bonus and used my own money but now they don't want me to make a withdrawal.
