The chat agent says the same thing that relevant team will respond but it’s been months and no one responds to emails! There should be a class action law suit against this fraudulent organization.

I registered with 1bet on July 21. I immediately sent them the necessary documents and after a few minutes they checked my documents. All was good. I started making bets, and the next day they sent my documents back to the “pending” status!!! Because of this, I can't do anything on their site. I want to withdraw money, but I can't. They do not ask for new documents or confirm documents that have already been sent. Today it’s already July 24 and they don’t do anything about it. In online chat the answer is always the same. But it seems to me that there are racists working at 1bet, because I am from Ukraine, in the online chat they answered me very reluctantly and force me to be in this situation. In online chat they don't even deny that they are racists!!!

Dishonest and Unhelpful. In the past year there have been 140 reviews on Trust Pilot, 130 of them 1 star. All the same complaints they steal your money, have terrible customer service and will not close your account when asked to do so. They don't care if you have Gambling Issues, don't have deposit limits or time out options and will completely ignore you if you ask for your account to be closed

This is a worst bet website i ever used! When i sign up deposit 200 for sports bonues, they don't let me bet most games, this situation never happen in other websites. Ok, i quit the bonues and want to take out the money! They told me i need to roll over 5 times of deposit, roll over is normal, but i never heard that need to roll over 5 times, most just need 1 time. Ok, i bet sports games try to get to 5 times roll over! The funny thing happened, when i roll over to around 4 times, they didn't let me bet any sports games any more for no reason, they told me i can bet in casino get to the roll over target, that's super Crazy and stupid! EDIT 3/7 : As promised, 5Stars, just received payment.
Again my only issue is the withdrawal system is abit slow compared to other sites. I can appreciate that it's done manually to protect themselves as well as the players. The payout was quite large also so I can understand it took extra time.

But anyway love the site love the slots, and highly recommend them.
The staff who works the chat are also excellent at communicating, I didnt sense any scripted chats they seemed like personal messages.

Deposited €50 placed a bet, deposited another €50 placed a second bet. Both bets won my balance said €100. The winnings from the bets were in a 'bonus campaign' account. I contacted customer service they said the winnings are in the 'bonus campaign ' and need to be played through 12 times before they could be withdrawn. I had them cancel the bonus which forfeited the winnings and allowed me to withdraw my €100 deposited and close the account. An absolute joke of a set up.

I have been scammed out of €100 by these crooksters. They are trying to tell me that 2 clear winning bets are losers. I have shown screenshots, links and explained quite clearly that these are not losing bets. This goes far beyond ineptitude and is quite clearly an attempt to rob money from customers.
