Don't use 1bet they are a complete scam U can't withdraw money U have no idea where they're based they don't follow Irish and English laws and if you bet with them they will never pay you out and also never close.your account it's not a betting site it's a scam and there is nothing you can do about it avoid at all costs

withdrawals problems as per usual. Dont play on this website. I put in 10€ now i have 225 and cant withdraw. They will answer emails after 1-2 weeks with barely any help and same copy paste message every time. Just pure scammers hope someone catches on to this scammer behaviour.

I asked them multiple times, to delete my account and my data. First they refused, after I copied the exact GDPR section based on they HAVE TO delete my data, they don't even respond anymore. They are breaking the laws.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for a number of days now. Been onto support numerous occasions and explained the situation with my personal circumstances. I have recently had a health diagnoses and need the money for treatment. They have not been helpful or had no empathy towards me. I have met their requirements for rollover and also provided all documents and they are still withholding my withdrawal. I feel like il never get this money back and they are not willing to engage or help me. The same generic message back from each person. I have been on numerous gaming sites and always fast withdrawal within 48 hours. This company is not good. Stay away. I will keep you posted of I ever receive this money back.

I came back to write a second review. After my first review where I complained that I don’t understand how you progress to the next VIP level I was jsbatntly upgraded to silver member. With that I was supposed to get faster wotgdrawls, better bonuses and smaller fees. I however did not get almost any rewards since I became a silver member except for when I asked for it. I assigned an account manager who normal support no longer helps with anything, my account manager is shady as hell, replies in a blue moon and only offers me promotions that require x20 wagering and deposit of at least 500$. The last withdrawal I made took over 24h to process. I have asked on several occasions to close my account and they always ignore the request. Overal terrible service.

Do not try to bet here. They will force you to use your money in the casino.

Their policy about the rollover is clear for sure, hard to complete, but they make it impossible by limiting your bets to 1EURO!

It is stated that they either can reject your withdraw, or take a 8% fee, which would I positively agree to do so to get my not that much money (750EUR), but I suppose they will just reject it and force you to spend it in the casino. I still asked for a second withdraw, and wrote an email to try to do the 8% fee, but my hope is not that much.

UPDATE:
Almost forgot the best part. I had a bet (No Bet or 2 win). Other sites stated that it was a win, as the second team win by 1-0. But 1Bet refunded the balance. Asked live support, all they said that this is a Business Decision (So they can do anything with your bets, no clear answer, Business Decision to not give you the rightful money, as it was clearly a win). I wrote an email the same day after speaking with live support.
Next day I try to bet, max bet for EVERYTHING is 1Euro.

WITHDRAW AFTER THIS:
Actually I was able to rollover the remaining amount which was needed to withdraw in blackjack (On top of that even won 200 eur). Verification was fast, usual ID, bank statement, it was done in 2-3 days, and the money is already in my bank.

It is a shame that you do the limiting. The casino (live black jack) is actually very good, the KYC was easy, opposing what others says (At least I can say some positive...) and I get the money in 2-3 days, with a minimal fee, about 1,8% (could be because of bank transfer, conversion between different currencies, not a big deal).

Still no update regarding the limitation, no replies to the email, one support said that they can not see a limit, other said, I quote it directly: "Apologies, the restriction is a business decision and it is non-disputable."

TL:DR:
Hard rollover requirement. Limit ALL BET to 1EUR. Force you to rollover in casino. The KYC was fast, and got the money in 2-3 days after rollover completed. Shame that they limit your bets... could be a very good site, good support, good casino. (Reason for 1 star:
- Refunded a bet which was a win by other sites
- Limit all bet to 1eur without any feedback, thus forcing to do the rollover in casino (I had luck as I even won more on top of my money which I wanted to withdraw (I recomment live blackjack in this case, not slot machines)
- No answers in emails, live support only copy paste (they are helpful, but they just point to other division in case if something wrong (limit, etc))

I requested a payout of 5,000 euros via Fast Bank Transfer on June 12, 2024. Until today, four days later, nothing has happened!

Support cannot reach the relevant department directly. Support has been writing me the same copy and paste answers for four days!

Apparently there are so many withdrawal requests that's why everything takes so long.

We all have to work hard for the money we deposit there. You take our money quickly but as soon as you want to pay out problems arise.

Now I kind of assume that it's a scam and that my money will never come. I have been playing sports betting for 20 years. But I've never experienced anything like this.

Payouts from every other provider were always available within 48 hours at the latest. Here you are always put off and nothing happens! Terrible!

I think I'll have to get the regulator involved and pass the whole thing on to my lawyers.

Update: After five days they have worked in the Withdraw. Five minutes later the Money was on my Account. +2 Stars . I cant give five for the behaviour during the five days.

The worst bookmakers I have ever dealt with in my life. Complete and utter scum bags, I am a problem gambler and have begged them to exclude me from their site, they consistently ignore my requests and send me free bets instead. When I won money they refused to let me withdraw the money I had made because I hadn't played enough, even though it wasn't off a free bet I won and had spent 1000s prior to that. They are literally thieves and do their very best to exploit people with gambling problems. I can't emphasize how rotten an organisation they are. DO NOT EVER register an account with them. I have a pending withdrawal, and when I asked their customer support, they replied that one of their staff is reviewing my pending withdrawal. It doesn't make sense that it takes such a long period of time. Betting websites like this just hold on to your money for a long time, hoping you will lose all your money back!!!

I was very optimistic about 1Bet at first. Their live chat customer support is pretty fast, and deposits are also fast. I never had any problems. Surprisingly, one time they even refunded my money when I bet on a match that was postponed without asking for anything. Like, no questions!

So, I like it in every way possible, and I kept playing even though I wasn't winning. I never claimed any bonus or anything like that. So, one week in, I started winning (in truth, I just got back my money back). So, I requested a withdrawal four days ago. That's when the problem started!

After two days, they contacted me saying my withdrawal request had been declined because I don’t have enough rollover to withdraw the requested amount. I agreed. Never saying anything, I asked through live chat how much was left to rollover. After knowing that, when I tried to bet on sport matches, both my minimum and maximum bet was $2. I tried to know the reason behind it through their live support and only found out it was “Irreversible” and now I can only bet on Casino. Never complaining, I did that and completed the rollover amount while live chat support was present, and the live chat support said I now completed the rollover required and could withdraw, which I did.

After two days, I didn't hear from them. I didn’t request a withdrawal through bank transfer, which surprised me when it took two days. So, I contacted the live chat support and they told me to be patient and wait for an email from their financial team. But I never heard from them. To be honest, I don’t want to call them scammers this fast, but it never took two days for any other company to process a withdrawal.

I am still optimistic about them and want to still keep betting on their site. But what is the point of playing if you can’t get your winnings? I hope they will process my withdrawal request. I will update if there is anything new.

This company make up the rollover amounts before you can withdraw. I have had 3 members of their team telling me different amounts each time I ask. They just make up the numbers in order for you to lose all your money. I have proof of this in writing and this company is out to scam everyone. Their online staff even told me that they each have to calculate the rollover amount, so its never consistent. So they basically make it all up. Complete SCAM and insanely unprofessional.

The rollover requirements for any deposit are 5x which is so much higher than any other company. Use any other casino than this and they all have a lower requirement.

This company are nothing but crooks and you will lose all your money with them, fact.

They will respond with a load of rubbish below about how strict and licensed they are and all just to pull the wool over your eyes. Do not listen to their meaningless response.
