I paid for my car insurance in full
I paid for my car insurance in full, then was asked to upload the v5 which I did. A week later they are asking me for £65 for an amendment fee! Because I put the wrong date that I purchased the vehicle they charged me 50.00 amendment fee and 15.00 to change the date!

Have been with 1st central for a few…
Have been with 1st central for a few years now and have never had many issues until recently. The gave me an insanely high renewal quote for my insurance. Due to this I decided to move to a different company for insurance. I used the 1st central dashboard to declare that's I no longer wanted to renew. I also attempted to call multiple times only to be left on hold for over an hour each time. Turns out their dashboard is only there for a laugh as they took it upon themselves to renew my policy and withdraw money from my account. I declined the renewal and didn't sign any new credit agreement yet the proceeded anyway without permission. When I called to sort the issue I was told the money would be refunded within 10 working days. So I now have to wait 10 days for my own money because this company doesn't know their arse from their elbow. Absolute joke of a company wouldn't recommend.
