Have been with 1st central for a few…
Have been with 1st central for a few years now and have never had many issues until recently. The gave me an insanely high renewal quote for my insurance. Due to this I decided to move to a different company for insurance. I used the 1st central dashboard to declare that's I no longer wanted to renew. I also attempted to call multiple times only to be left on hold for over an hour each time. Turns out their dashboard is only there for a laugh as they took it upon themselves to renew my policy and withdraw money from my account. I declined the renewal and didn't sign any new credit agreement yet the proceeded anyway without permission. When I called to sort the issue I was told the money would be refunded within 10 working days. So I now have to wait 10 days for my own money because this company doesn't know their arse from their elbow. Absolute joke of a company wouldn't recommend.

Waited over an 1hr and 15 minutes to speak with someone about a policy that got cancelled only to be put on hold again. Spoke with someone from South Africa who then said will look at my details and then was placed on hold again. Very Very poor service. Price maybe competitive but service is so awful could never recommend.
