Shocking price to simply change car.
I took a new 12 month policy out on my Evoque in March for £300 and now just 3 months later to change the policy to a Toyota CH-R for a fee of nearly £250! A brand new policy for 12 months is only £300 through the usual websites. Its hardly a Ferrari. Ridiculous. Guess what I'm going to do!

Can take your money in an instant but not return it until 10 days later
Started a new policy and for some reason they’ve started two. Got in contact as the two payments were now over £1000 and outward bills are due and will direct into overdrafts, financial struggle etc and they couldn’t care less. Can take funds immediately but cannot return the same. Great start to customer service, especially for a brand new customer!! 👎🏼 will be weighing up options to get out of there grasp ASAP
