My daughter lives in NY and as we’re Irish and I’m currently working in Wales I use First in flowers on a regular basis.. whether it’s gift baskets or flowers I find the selections really live up to display and service excellent and people want to make your delivery special. I recently had to reschedule a delivery when my daughter had her first baby this month; Don in Astoria punctually emailed back to confirm my email and even contacted my daughter to make sure she was home from hospital before delivering flowers. Really appreciate . Excellent value and service. Highly recommend.

Order cancelled last minute for my mother’s birthday. Told by customer service delivery address was in remote area of Northern Ireland. Remote area they referred to has a population of over 30000 and is a 20 minute drive from Belfast!! Larne is not exactly remote. Service was quick to accept order then cancel at 8pm that night giving no time to find a replacement as birthday is today. I’m really disgusted with the service and would advise you steer clear, no apology no recompense and don’t care attitude!!! One annoyed customer who will not be back

I was a bit hesitant for ordering my mom flowers for Mothers day, being the last minute and not knowing any notable florist in that area, however I took a chance and was not displeased at all. The flowers arrived even earlier than said which was great being I ordered that last minute. My Mother was so happy to see the beautiful bouquet of roses. Very pleased and I just ordered from 1st in Flowers again today for a good friend. This is my to go place from now on...
