Terrible Terrible Terrible
It is terrible. I have been using the service for more then 10 years and everything was very good.
2 days ago I placed the order to my dad's birthday flowers. The order was cancelled without any valid reason. I called them 2 times they promised to come back. They did not come back, so I placed another order. My dad did not receive a flower for hist birthday yesterday and today I have a message that my second order was cancelled.

Where to begin? I have used 1st in Flowers before and was pleased mostly. This time they got it way wrong. I ordered an arrangement that was sure to please. The purple flowers that were suppose to be in the arrangement WERE NOT there, only the little filler flowers. Paid for way more than what was received.
