They are taking money out of my…

They are taking money out of my personal account even though I financed the furniture that's not right. I financed this chair so I didn't have to pay so much upfront. Nornive paid 300.00 and it hasn't even shipped yet. What's up do better it's not hard.

Great Products, Poor Last Mile Delivery Service

Everything was great except the delivery. It was supposed to be a white glove delivery, but the guys from Hub Group just dropped off the boxes, leaving the heaviest items downstairs instead of bringing them in the master bedroom upstairs. They said one of them couldn't carry the items and that they will be back the next day. No one ever came. I called the number on the delivery slip and they said someone will call me back. No one ever called me back. In summary, you gave great products but the last mile customer service could destroy your reputation.

Pretty good stuff really

They have some pretty great furniture, wish they were a bit more affordable but I'd say it's well worth going for in my opinion. They're pretty solid and some are quite comfortable to the touch.

Purchase was great but delivery was not…

Purchase was great but delivery was not as expected. I was told the delivery company would contact me to schedule a day and time which did not happen. The delivery company called me and told me they were 30 mins away from my house, I was at work so my furniture had to be delivered in my driveway not carried into my house like it was supposed to be.
