Hidden charges and unhelpful customer service
I saw a wall sconce that I was interested in and clicked the button for them to inform me if it went on sale. The next day I received an email saying that the item was 10%. I purchased two and the invoice showed the sales price and total. Then it gave me a new total, without any explanation and charged me 10% more. I'm in a no sales tax state and there are supposedly no shipping charges. I spent 30 minutes speaking to a chat bot, who kept requesting a screenshot of my "shopping basket" showing the sales price. I no longer had access to the "shopping basket" but I provided her a link to the email they sent me showing the sales price and a link showing the invoice. She said she couldn't help without a screenshot, which sadly I couldn't figure out how to do (on my computer). I eventually said to cancel my order because I was so exasperated.

Gerald was so helpful and friendly, and he made my experience very easy. I was needed a replacement for my order that had a factory defect and there were no issues with him getting the replacement fixture out asap since he contacted the correct department. I am getting it in less than I ever imagined!
Customer Service Non Existent
The product shipped fast and was as expected. Customer service is terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. You can only communicate via chat. Know and understand that even exchanging a product after 30 days for one that is more expensive is not allowed. Not even 1 day outside of 30 and they are not flexible at all.

Princess was a fabulous help with my return. The directions were very clear and concise. She made sure I qualified for the free return and also was able to waive the return fee as a courtesy because the lights that I received were not as described on the website. I had questions about the labels that she sent, and she replied very quickly. As long as I receive my full refund after you receive the lights back, I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received from your company!

The customer service is excellent! Had a small issue with a light, not a big deal but still needed help getting it fixed. Jhonjon responded right away, and follow ups were also fast. Everything got straightened out quickly, efficiently and courteously. While the lights I bought are nice, the customer service is truly what made up my mind to use 1stoplighting for my remodels.

Telephone number goes to an AI system that tells you to fill out a form on their website. The chat listed on their website has no way to initiate it and responding to the email receipt's customer service email returns an undeliverable message.

I ordered a vanity light for my master…
I ordered a vanity light for my master bath and it arrived missing the screws to hold glass globes in place. I was unable to speak with a human, so notified customer service online. I received a case number and message informing me replacement will be shipped when available. I have not received a tracking number, and received a message informing me my case is closed. Still waiting for replacement light.
