Lol, imagine having to pay money just to get your money out. 🤦‍♂️ Guys, I know the world is full of scams, but this is ridiculous. I tried it on three different phones and got the exact same result every time. No chance I'm paying upfront just to "unlock" my money. That's a scam, plain and simple.

I really didn't want to talk to you about this, but I've been investing in 1win for about 4 years now and have never had a problem like this before. I've been waiting for the status of my application for about 10 days. Complete scam , don't i warm you don't try poker, they have atleast multiple bots, and 3-4 will join immediately as you join the table and dissapear as soon as you loose out of cash or leave the table. There will no one playing untill a genuine person will join and than suddenly 2-3 people will join and they will play like hell, like out of 10 , 9 times they will have the higher upper cards. If you love you money don't even think of using this platform . I made a withdrawal using their site on 12th of July. I had previously lost I had previously lost on their site a few days ago and I won in a big bet just after that my payout should have come through in 2 to 3 business days. It's been almost 5 days and the chat has started ignoring me. They transfer my messages to their seniors and then I get ignored. This happens every time my KYC and my bank name and account name are all same. just are a bunch of scammers who have scammed me. This is the worst experience I would rather have used stake or any traditional betting website. in the name of rapid chat support they gave zero support the chat isn't actually of any use and my money stuck and I'm gonna be dropping my details below.

1win is a scam. I deposited 5k this amount twice, the money got deduvted from my account and it never got deposited or credited it back to the account. I created an appeal and they asked for proof of the deposit with am screenshot and bank statment i gave them that. They asked for 72 hours and its been nearly 3 weeks now. Every tine i ask for my money or an update they write to me in a language i dont even understand and then when i ask for english they either say its in review please wait or they say i am transferring you to an colleauge and then he or she replies with i am escalating this to an higher department and they just say we are doing additional checks please wait. These are the same responses i get every time. Its just the same answer and repetitive. Funny how they can deduct the money from account but not deposit. They also send a telegaram link that dosent even work. The chat service dosent even seem real its like a bot i an speaking to. Please do not deposit your money here or play with this as i dont want other players to waste their time and energy and face what i experienced. They are a scam!!!

1win removed its Fantasy Sports section without any prior notice while I was still participating in several paid tournaments.

At first, the Fantasy page only displayed the message: **"Provider unavailable. Please contact support."** There was no announcement that the service had been permanently discontinued.

I immediately contacted customer support via live chat and sent two emails asking whether this was a technical issue, whether access would be restored, and what would happen to players with active paid tournaments. My emails were never answered, and live chat repeatedly provided only generic responses. Only much later did support confirm that Fantasy Sports had been permanently removed.

Because Fantasy Sports requires regular transfers, captain changes, and lineup updates before deadlines, I was unable to manage my teams while other participants could continue competing. As a result, I lost three paid Fantasy tournaments, including an English Premier League season that I had been participating in since August 2025.

I also submitted my case to an independent betting dispute mediator. They contacted 1win and waited more than 30 days for a response, but according to the mediator, 1win never replied and the complaint was closed as unresolved.

What disappointed me most was not only the removal of the service without warning, but also the lack of communication and the absence of any attempt to resolve the issue.

I hope 1win will review this case fairly and provide an appropriate solution for customers who were affected.
