Be careful of this site, there apparantly is an optin button that you have to press for a 9 p stake per spin to be included into a jackpot. i have been playing on the mobile and didnt press it but was opted in any way. I realised too late that over time i was being charged too much per spin , spoke to live chat and they basically said that i must have pressed it and basically too bad. I wouldnt bother with this site again and have closed the account.

If there are enough complaints to the Gambling Commission and the Information Commissioner's Office, they might start complying with the law.
The Gambling Commission say that, unless there is a genuine money laundering concern, bookmakers should never ask for ID after you've made a withdrawal. It should all be done before they allow you to bet.
The Information Commissioners Office say that you only need to supply one form of ID (passport or driving licence will do) and you can send your subject access request by any method you choose (email, live chat, letter by post etc).
Refusing to give you your data is illegal but they don't appear to care about the law.

21.co.uk (Leovegas) will not obey data protection law and will not adhere to the terms of their gambling licence.
I have been trying to withdraw £109 from 21.co uk for about a year. Since then I have sent them photographs of my passport, a passport selfie, several bank statements, my old debit card (which had expired) and my new debit card. They refuse to return my money unless I go to my bank and get them to sign a letter confirming it is my old bank card.
All this happened because my debit card expired. 21.co.uk can clearly see that my old and new bank card both have the same account number and sort code. They have acknowledged that I own my new debit card but want proof that I also owned my old one !! It beggars belief.
They are in direct contravention of their gambling licence which states that a bookmaker must not ask for additional ID when a customer makes a withdrawal if they could reasonably have asked for it previously.
They are also in beach of GDPR as they refuse to supply my data despite me sending them six forms of ID.
I have reported them to IBAS, The UKGC and the ICO.

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, I opened an account today, won £2800 money in my whitin the hour, very efficient, and I’m account holder of about 15 online casions and bookies,

So i deposited money which was easy,went to my profile and it said nothing to do and did not ask for any documents,so i made my first withdraw which was ok although slow,went to make another withdraw and was asked to provide a screenshot of my full bank details,driving licence and full details of my paypal account,this process took 4/5 days as they kept refusing the information even though it was correct and what was asked for,then they close my account with no explanation and refuse to transfer my balance and make every excuse possible,this is an absolute sham of a company and you just keep getting told to wait for an email from a relevant team, i do not know how this scam site is even still trading,i sm not a disgruntled gambler and this is an honest review,you have been warned,

I have £425 winnings in my account. They blocked me straight away without any notification. It means I can’t login to my account and withdraw. Contact customer support and they said my account is under routine review and I will receive an email from relevant department ASAP. One week gone didn’t receive any emails. Contact customer support again and I have been told just be patient and wait. And they can’t do anything apart of telling me to wait. Honestly they don’t like the payout. Avoid this site. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

I deposited £180 and managed to be up £142 so decided to withdraw, it declined my withdrawal for no reason I used the live chat which takes a good 30mins to get through, they informed me that I need to send proof of my business account and identification which I did and it was successful! So again I decided to try withdraw my money and it blocked me from logging in!!! And received another email to say send your documents again! So I complained once again today and it took me 50mins on hold to a live chat for them ti say I have breached their policy and they refused to give a reason why!!??? They refunded my original £180 and confiscated my £142 winnings and banned me from all their sites lol I can’t believe it. I am relived reading all these negative reviews of the same issues I’m not the only one and one more thing if your on a winning streak on blackjack they log you out and won’t let you play. I enjoy playing at this site as you get fair play for your money, had a few good wins and losses, but this one of the better sites I have played on, never any issues with the withdrawals.They have a really good selections of games, This is my honest opinion of the site and I am sure will be a long time member.

This happened to me yesterday twice that I was playing blackjack and I’ve kept sidebets as well. So, it logged me out twice and the interesting thing is that exactly at my place twice the next person got those side bets which is 260 pounds for both the games. And surprisingly I wasn’t logged out the other times. I will take to court. I have all the evidence to prove that this scum is taking money off of people. This is so bad that I don’t trust this site anymore. I will drop and email as well. Let’s see what will be the outcome.
