Not great, but maybe I will try again in the future.

Took 7 days for my running tights to arrive. They sent the package after 5 days processing. Email contact was slow. 4days to reply to each email. Good pricing and well packaged. 21run should adjust the website info so that you do not expect sameday shipping.

I bought a shoes but they got me too late. If you ask them info, they answer you the some sentences: "sorry", "excuse us" and so on.....

Horrible shop - don't buy anything there!

First of all they state on the website that they have the shoes on stock. That is however not the truth. I bought shoes that was to be delivered within 4-6 days. I received half of my order after 3-5 week. They only provided me with 1 pair of shoes despite the fact that I ordered 2 pairs. But they charged my credit card for both pairs. Customer service is answering apps. 1 week after you send them an email or fill in the form..
I will never shop here again.

Avoid this shop

Ordered some clothes 3 weeks ago. Items "in stock". My order has not been shipped yet!!. Would like to cancel deal and get money back, but no one answers any emails!! Will try to notify credit card company that this shop is fraud. Stay away!

Stay away

This is worst company I have ever had order with. Thre weeks ago I made order for products they said was "ön stock." I'm still waiting and they said me two times we will send you "today" and nothing. Can anyone tell me what to do? Stay away from them. If anyone sues them?

Very fast, in 3 days.

I ordered sunday a spinning tight, monday shipped with DHL to Antwerp (Belgium), and received on wednesday.
I pay with Paypal for the insurance, because I read the bad reviews here on the site.
But I had no problems.

Zeer slecht! Very bad! Sehr schlecht!! Stay away!!

I have ordered 2 pairs of running shoes. The site says "lieferbar" well that was 6 weeks ago. No information or what so ever. They took my money and now they are not even responding to my emails. I would like to call on every one with the same problem so we can sue them as a collective. I have sent them an email that i am canceling the order and expect feedback within 48 hours. No response. These people are crooks!!!

2 month - no shoes!

Ordered in beginning of April 2015 a pair of Asics running shoes. Fair price of 91,96 Euro though it was more the colour I was in favour of!!
Received the shoes after a few days but unfortunately they didn´t fit and I returned them with a request for change to a smaller size.
Waiting time. Mid may I did receive an e-mail confirming the shoes had arrived and a change was pending.
Waiting time. No respons from the company. First week of June I did send a polite mail (web contact form) with a request for a status report. No respons from the company.
Yesterday I called by phone the company but only answering machine to which I left a world. No respons.
If I haven´t had a response on Friday this week I´ll make my bank withdraw the payment.

delayed, no response in emails!

I have purchased on May 25th several items, delivered in 6-10 days. After 15 days, I haven't received my order, and its status is still "Processing"!!! I have sent several emails but nobody replied!

Update: the 16th day they informed me that some items are not available anymore...

Ordered on 11 May item looked available on site after my purchase said that will be ordered... today is June 6 still in processing my card was charged on May 13. Sent 4 emails no answer, asked to exchange with another item in stock no answer. Stay Away!!!!

IF YOU WANNA BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This is absolutely the worst online order I ever placed! I am getting close to the sixth week, and I am still waiting to get a pair of shoes. I am sending messages and they don't reply, I am calling to Germany and they don't pick up the phone. They have taken the money from the first day though! No tracking number, just an online account that says "processing". Only God knows if and when I am going to get my stuff! I have placed the order last month, and as of today I have not received anything. I have started a claim with PayPal to get my money back and they don't reply even to PayPal claims! I doubt if I can eventually get my money back..I really don't understand what those people are doing! If you are tempted by the slightly lower price, let me tell you that it simply doesn't worth it!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Seriously!

LONG delivery, reliable product, wouldn't do it again..

If you need your products ASAP spend the extra money and buy them in your local sports store. Ordered my shoes on 3rd May and got them today 28th May.

Customer service is, to say the least, SLOW! With all the really bad reviews on Trustpilot, I didn't have much confidence in 21run, and actually cancelled my order on 13th May - but they didn't register that.

Over all I am pretty happy with my new Gel Kayano 21, and I would have hated to go through all that and not have the shoes. Would I go through it again? Probably not.. Just wanted to say to those who are waiting: don't panic! My order was successful, packaged neatly and in original box. I'm happy with the end product.

They take your money before they even send anything

I order a jacket from 21run on the 10 of december. The status was "green" like it was on stock. But after 3 mails to them i finally got an answer that they expected to get the item in a few days. After 4 days I got in contact with them again (after serval emails) now they could not tell me anything about the delivery time. I send them another mail explaining that charging the money before the send my order is against the law. On the 22 of December I got a response that they where sorry but my jacket was no longer available from the supplier and they will give me back my money as soon as possible. They have wrongly been holding my money in over 3 weeks and I still haven't got them back. I think there businessmodel is to take your money and hope the can get what you ordered. I will give them until 30 of december to give back my money otherwise i will press charges agains them. Luckily for my i have been saving data from there website to back up my statement.
DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS REALLY BAD SHOP!

I wrote them 4 mails.. No answer at all. Except automatic answer, where they promise answer whiten 24 hours.

They really care about their customers

So, I ordered two pairs of shoes: ASICS Nimbus 16 and ASICS Cumulus 16 GTX. Unfortunately they run out of Cumulus. They apologized, gave two extra gifts (a nice hat and a bag) and instead Cumulus 16 offered another great shoes for neutral pronators SAUCONY Ride 7 GTX. Actally Saucony was more expensive, but they took the price difference on their own expenses. They reacted to my letter immediately. Below is their letter. On top of extra gifts I received apologizes and an extra voucher. Run21.com team is great and professional.

thanks for your response.
We have changed your order as requested. The Ride 7 GTX will be shipped for the same price of course.

Your order will be shipped today and should arrive within the next week.

FSystem double up the order and the customers service was terrible

I ordered 2 pair of shoes after receiving an email where they wrote they had 35% discount on some specific shoes. When i was ordering i hanged my adress, since the one in my profile was an old adress. When i make this change the price atually changes. So much for that 35%!!

Then i continue and pay... but when i have done that the order has suddenly doubbled up, and my new adress has been changed to the old one! I immediately contacts 21run to make them cancel the order. i do this both by email and by their contact formula. Still the send the package without doing anything.. Now some days with terrible customer service follows. 21run is not able to help in any way... At last UPS allows me to "refuse to accept" the package by phone, and they deliver it back to 21run. Then 2 weeks follows... And then i get my money back - well i get most of them back, but not all

This is a terrible shop with terrible customer service. They take more for the products that they write in emails and advertisements. Their systems makes mistakes. And in the end the customer also pays for their mistakes...
