14 Day Cooling Off Period
Every Service Agreement purchased is subject to a 14-day cooling off period. This allows the Service Provider and the Customer to cancel the service agreement without penalty. Please note that any claim submitted within this 14-day period will be subject to a mandatory £95 Excess. If subsequently www.247homerescue.co.uk the Breakdown is deemed to be as a result of an intermittent or pre-existing fault the claim will be declined. In such circumstances a Pay on Use Service is available. The 14-day cooling off period commences from the date of inception of the claim or receipt of agreement whichever is sooner.
Provided you have paid your contract fees, we will guarantee that our engineers will conduct one annual service (if this has been purchased), safety and operational check (this will be a Gas Safe recommended service not a manufacturer’s service) in any 12-month period.

Horrendous
I would give it 0 if possible. We have been with them nearly two years and not had a single boiler service in that time despite attempting to arrange one. The dates on the online portal consistently show full and emailing them is a waste of time as resolves nothing. They begged for us to stay with them when we renewed stating they would personally sort the boiler service but never materialised despite my chasing. My boiler is now not working, likely due to two years of no servicing and yet no doubt I will be charged an excess and goodness knows what else - that’s if I can even get hold of them to come out. Incredibly poor service and would not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs if I were you!

Polite engineer
Carl Chat field, came over to do my boiler service, he was friendly and efficient. The only negative I have is the boiler parts inside of boiler are not cleaned, they test the pressure, make sure there is no leak etc, and they are done. My parents used to get a proper clean of their boiler.

I phoned for help from247 home rescue because a tap in bathroom sink was leaking pretty bad and i struggled to turn stop tap off,but managed it after a few attempts.about an hour later an engineer rang to say he was on his way.He came pretty soon and told me what he was going to do.He was very pleasant young man forgot his name .Im so glad about 247 home rescue and would certainly recommend them.The young man was very well mannered and new what he was doing.thanks to him and all at 247 .thanks
