Prompt. But went against their word
I was happy with the speed that the boiler was replaced when needed. However, as we were without hot water and heating for 3 days I was informed that heaters were going to be provided. This was not the case and none were provided. I was let down for this reason.

Great boiler/service
The man who came to install my boiler was courteous, friendly and efficient.
The boiler has made such a difference to my heating, especially the Honeywell controls.
I would definitely recommend them for their boiler installation.

Very poor customer service they do not…
Very poor customer service they do not follow their own policies. I am waiting for the financial ombudsman to review my complaint. The company is refusing to fix the damage they have caused.

The whole process from discussing options as our boiler was BER was easy to understand and they were helpful and the the engineer came within 48 hours to fit a new one. He was courteous, knowledgeable, left no mess and went above and beyond.

New boiler installation
Jordan the engineer that fitted our boiler was professional and courteous at all times. He protected all work areas and wore shoe protection when in unprotected areas of the house. He explained what would happen over the course of the day and patiently explained about the new thermostat and how it worked. He is a great ambassador for the company and made a very stressful situation quite pleasant 👍👍
