Very disappointed in this casino
Very disappointed in this casino, tried to collect bonuses two times, first deposit and second also. But no bonus money. Wrote them about my problem, but still no solution only ads to make the third deposit and get bonus money. I don’t use this casino again

Stay away from this company i won 80,000 euro and they won't pay out they only giveing me 5000euro as a good will which dos not make sense why would they give 5000 euro.
I have been trying to contact them all week and won't reply to my emails.
This is not a trusted site and stay away. I have sent the customer support team msny emails and now they wont respond to any of emails.

I have checked internally and can see that all of your emails have been answered swiftly by our Promotions Manager, contact has been very clear and emails have not been left unanswered.
It was also clearly explained to you the reason that Bonus Funds were removed was due to maximum bet breach (5EUR), and it was identified that nearly half of your bonus bets exceeded this up to 2000EUR.
The reason Promotions Manager agreed to let you retain 5000EUR was purely as goodwill, it is actually not standard process to allow retention of any winnings which came from breached bonus funds.
I am sorry that you are not happy with this solution, but I can assure you that the usual process here would to void all bonus balance, so you have been fortunate to receive some goodwill compared to majority of customers in this scenario.
I see the above has already been explained clearly. If you have any questions regarding another topic please feel free to contact Promotions Manager directly on the email which you have been communicating on.

24Casino is simply fun. The game selection is strong, the extras for loyal players drop regularly, and the whole design feels well thought out. If you ever need help, support is instantly there, though nothing really goes wrong anyway.
You can tell the team behind it works with passion and isn't just after quick profits. And "Zeus" , the furry mascot... I better say nothing, otherwise my "Poldi" might get offended.
As general casino the site as more active than can be expected from just looking.
There are multiple give aways in Telegram side to get some bonus cash of some to keep trying even if you had bad luck before, that most sites do not do in general or as active.
Games list satisfies my needs and wouldn't be asking more to be added but i don't pay attention to other than what i do like in past and keep going with those.

Honestly the welcome bonuses are top tier and the game selection is on point. However some of the support I received as of late has been sadly pretty disappointing. I asked for a set of free spins or small cash bonus after finishing my welcome promos and was advised that they would be happy to add a no deposit bonus but first I would need to make another deposit without claiming a promo.. so after having been told the exact same thing twice from two different staff members i deposited and played out my funds and then went back to live chat to claim said free spins and was basically treated like I was making this. It made me really stupid to be honest.
