DON'T DO IT! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The sent me an item with no instructions for use. I emailed the customer service address included with my shipment inquiring about the omission, but they proceeded to tell me that I mistakenly contacted the wrong company and that they couldn't help. I literally took a picture of the customer service card included with my order and told them that I, was in fact, no mistaken. But instead of helping, they chose to ignore my inquiry. THE WORST.

Worst company that I’ve ever done business with

I am being generous, giving the products I received a one rating.
Your company is undoubtedly the worst online store I have ever done business with.
I ordered bras, you sell these bras online with measurement size and cup size. They are nowhere near what they say that they are in size. I was very disgusted with the customer service I’d received.
**At the very least, your company should reimburse me on my credit card for the total that I spent for your companies poor work ethics.

Company's are not what they appear- Check reviews

When placed my order I expected to receive the product within a week or two. I had no idea that is was being shipped from another country and that it would take almost 2 months. I will say that I received weekly updates on the shipping progress. I also liked the fact that they included a thank you card and explained how to get concerns addressed.

Once I received the product, I was very disappointed with everything except the packaging. It was wrapped in plastic and then each item was in a separate zip lock within the wrap. They were both neatly folded. Disappointment #1: The tag inside was labeled the size I ordered but the shirts were too small. Disappointment #2: The items looked like sweatshirts online, but they were more like expensive long sleeve t-shirts. I cant tell you what they are made of because neither had a material label. Disappointment #3. The shirt looked faded or dull. This is definingly not something I would wear in public. It was the quality of something you would wear when doing yard work or hose chores. Disappointment #4: Customer service was quick but poor. I emailed my concern and they responded almost immediately. While I included by order number in my email, they needed me to take a picture of the product labels and email them. Why? I have no idea. That was a task in itself. Once I was able to get it to them, they told me that the best they could do was give me a $3 credit for each item. I told them to keep it as I didn't want to spend anymore of my time with them.

I did not order this. No tags or information on the company.

I did not order this. I don’t even know how to reach them for a refund I’m going to call my bank tomorrow. I got a bag with orange/red weird sweatshirt, no tags inside the sweatshirt anywhere so I can’t find the company, the material is weird. That’s the only way I can explain it. It’s course it’s so crooked I feel sorry for people who ordered this thinking. It was the red Charlie Kirk Cotton sweatshirt. There are white lines down the center of each line It says freedom on the front and When I put my hand inside the sweat sweatshirt to find a tag, I could see my hand. The sweatshirt is see-through. I feel bad for people who actually ordered this. I want my money back.

Fraud

Fraud. I made a purchase of 22 Vitória Secrets items on July 17, 2025, and I never received any of the products. The website's email, bess@24hvipservice com says they sent me the products, and this is a lie. They are scammers! They won't give me a tracking number or proof of delivery to my home. We have cameras on our door and we never received anything! Don't waste your money! They are scammers.

I received a bra after waiting weeks…

I received a bra after waiting weeks and weeks, the quality is absolutely disgusting and the bra is totally useless, not even worth taking to a charity shop, it will unfortunately go in the bin. I emailed THE support email as per the enclosed note and of course the domain is not recognised ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a stitch book which is a fabric book where you practice embroidery stitches. It normally comes with all the thread and instructions to learn each stitch. I ordered this from this vendor. What I received was only the fabric book. I contacted the company and told them I was missing part of the order. It took me a long time trying to get a refund. They advertised 30 day money back guarantee but they did not honor it. I paid about $20. They finally gave me a refund for $3.00 and said that's all I could get back. I AM SO PISSED. I DON'T BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING EVER ONLINE. STOP THEM FROM STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!
