I bought something from this site and immediately after making this order I tried to cancel it but couldn’t so I had to contact their Gmail but then they progressed my order and said that they didn’t see my mail and was told not pick up the parcel then I will get refund but now they are saying that I have to pay 9€ of shipping which doesn’t make a sense to me, I mean they didn’t check the mail, it’s their fault right.

Missing parts
I bought a hammock and a stand. I received a package that doesn't have all the parts and Linda from customer service answered me once and after that I didn't get any more answers. now I have a hammock stand without all the parts.

Such a bad services. I order Four pieces 10 days ago, after 10 days they saying they don't have the items in the store!!
After waiting the items two weeks they said you can cancele the order.
Before you buy anything from them make sure that they have the item IN THE STORE. 😡😡

Misleading consumers
Misleading consumers with white-label products. Listings do not say anywhere that the product is not original manufacturers product, in this case electronic toothbrush. But the listings do remember to state many times the original manufacturers brand and make, letting consumers think they're buying the original product. Would be careful about the quality of their products.
And since it's a hygiene product, after many messages with their customer service, they don't accept a return.
