It was necessary to print a book on learning the Finnish language (my children and I came from Mariupol, Ukraine). Buying a printer is expensive. Thanks to the citizens of Finland for donating an old but working printer. Now it was just a matter of the cartridge. In the shops of the city where I now live, there is no cheaper than 30 euros. On this site I found for 11 euros. Is there a difference, even with shipping included? Therefore, respect and respect to you, now every euro will not be superfluous for everyone. Even the consumer ombudsman's facts about Finnish law are not of interest to this company. The customer service representative tells things that are not facts. Claims that the issues of the consumer ombudsman are inappropriate. There is no return information on the packaging. Creepy experience.

Inconvenient return, even though goods are delivered from Finland, I have to return them to Sweden by post and pay by myself.

I knew that I would need to pay to post in case of return before I made a purchase, however I did not expect that would have to send them to another country.

Good point is that delivery was very fast from shop, however I doubtfully purchase anything again because of inconvenient return terms.

The height of the table is extremely low. It is definitely not what i would expect it to be! I do not know how to return it, when it is unboxed. Such disappointment.

I ordered Macbook Air charger and carefully checked product code was identical to original, it clearly state it's Apple MagSafe 2 charger, but received product clearly wasn't original. Eventhough charger works ok, even perfectly does it's job, it is not genuine Apple charger and magnetic connector does not fully fit to the Macbook slot. ID is clearly also rough copy, not Apple.
Maybe it would be good to mention this is not genuine charger but something to replace the original MagSafe 2.

Some products I bought are not usable for their purpose. In reclamation cases, company should pay returncosts.
