Delivery problems
The item I ordered was more expensive here than elsewhere, but they had it in stock. So with the promise of 2-4days delivery I ordered the item, but the package just isn't arriving.. I've contacted the support 3 times now and got the same reply twice "we messed up but fixed the postage 'today', it should be on it's way" (waiting for the 3rd reply). Super annoying situation, as I can't use my scooter without a wheel..

The make-up mirror with light was the kind of product I've been looking for and it matched my expectations in terms of design, quality and futures such as option for powering the light either by batteries or plug in as well the adjustability of the light intensity and brightness. Fast and safe delivery. The mirror was well packed and arrived in one piece.

Deliver a second hand product
this company IS A TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD. I ordered a product and I received a second hand product and I talked to customer service, they did not accept it as REASONABLE complaint even though I showed them the pictures. DO not use this online shop

Low quality products
Sell the items that are shown on the photos and not some crappy cheap stuff instead. Very misleading!
Return policy is also very cumbersome and all on the customer. They dont even send a return form with the package and they pay for nothing.

Selling cheap fakes as "official"
Selling products labeled as "Official Samsung product" but sending cheap fake products instead. Doesn't make the company trustworthy.
Before this purchase I've had a positive experience with the company, but this experience made me second guess.
At least I got my money back from the fake product without a fight.
