Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I don't recommend.
Received damages item .I requested to cancelled the orders they cancelled the wrong one .
Customer service take ages to respond and still two orders missing 😒

Great Products, Incredible Service!

The website is extremely easy to use, and has a great selection of products for my bikes.

Customer care was extremely helpful before I made my orders, swiftly answering all my questions about the products I was interested in.

The orders were processed and delivered in excellent time and without any issues.

I highly recommend 24mx, and will be buying a lot more from them in the future!

Dreadful

Dreadful. Items never arrived. Now ignoring me and appear to have blocked my email.

If anyone is reading this please respond to the email I sent and you said you were going to update me. Was a first time customer will not be using again.

Failed to deliver my grips when I…

Failed to deliver my grips when I contacted company they advised would only help me if I completed a form as im disabled and no access to a printer I found that impossible after few emails im still waiting on address to return as they failed to provide this. When trying to track my order via website it would not work once absolute joke of a company with bad communication and customer service

Slow delivery and sent the wrong item

Slow delivery and sent the wrong item, looks like I received someone else's order which is fair enough, probably a easy mistake to make. However customer service is either very slow or ignoring my emails making the whole experience very frustrating. Would have been happy to wait for the right item to be sent to me, but frankly I just want a refund now. I can't honestly can't recommend this company currently. Will update if/when the issue gets resolved.

Finally received my refund in full. A month later. The customer service are friendly and polite but the whole service/experience overall was very slow. I understand the warehouses are based in central Europe but when you're spenind significant amounts of money it does make you nervous when you get experiences like this especially when it was no fault on the customers side. I think it would be fine for small items but if you're buying something expensive or if you're not sure about sizing (basically anything that you may need to return an item for) avoid if you're UK based.
