Prices are great and you get free…
Prices are great and you get free delivery if you spend enough, very easily done, but sending items out without assembly instructions gets them four stars instead of five.

Products are great. Delivery and supplier are a disgrace
I always buy off 24 mx, products are great , sticker kits are hit and miss and I’ve gotten multiple ones over the years but don’t fit my bike.
I have put in a big order myself on the 15/02/2026 and I was told it would be delivered from supplier to 24mx on the 24th. It still hasn’t arrived to them still nothing has changed on my delivery tracker. These are bits I bought because I was misled to believe I would have these at the date listed which was when I needed them to have no avail. I’m not happy with how it’s been handled to not even be informed of delays. I wouldn’t buy off them again .
UPDATE : it’s now the second of march my order is still awaiting from the supplier and I still haven’t received and update about my postage only answer I got is it “should “ be posted Monday or Tuesday cannot give me a definite answer they are complete joke avoid at all costs.
UPDATE #2 12/03/26 parcel has arrived minus my seat cover which I was hoping to have to make the bike look fresh with the sticker kit the sticker kit did fit my bike this time but it’s skinnier that the plastics. I have emailed multiple times to try get this sorted for the seat cover to have no reply, but they have no issues sending out offers and whatnot to my email but can’t reply . Customer service is a hames. Avoid at all cost!!!

While we provide estimated delivery dates based on supplier information, we recognise how disappointing it is when those dates change — especially when you were relying on the parts for a specific time.

The delivery was weeks later then the date provided even though the delivery cost was almost as expensive as the actual product. There were no updates and ended up having to buy same product elsewhere for less as had given up on my order prior to its arrival. Now have two
