The office is not welcoming to disabled people. They have written policies in place, but they are not applied.

Fabulous place to work - from the stylish decor, and excellent facilities to the hugely welcoming 25 EP team who simply couldn't be more helpful and ensure they get to know you on a first name basis. We couldn't be happier with our choice of work space. 25 EP is Dog friendly too, which is the ultimate benefit for team furry friends!

We've been based at 25EP for around 9 months and having tried several other coworking spaces in the area, could not be happier with our choice. The team are so warm and helpful, and really make you feel at home. Our dogs are also very welcomed and happy! The facilities are all you could need, and we love the regular members events and perks. Highly recommend whether you're a sole trader or a bigger business.

25EP is the best office space you could get for your business! The staff are extremely nice and always available to help you. The service they offer is top and it makes works more fun and enjoyable. A great place for networking too as they often organise interesting events for members!

An absolute pink diamond - 25 EP is a premium workspace with brilliant facilities and extremely stylish areas. The team is very professional and always go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

25 EP is a great location and perfect for my businesses when I need to drop in, have some meetings or just work from another location! I love the new design and fit-out of the space and look forward to an upcoming program of events. But the main reason I keep coming back is the team. They are brilliant, very helpful and super welcoming (which can't be said for the competition sadly).

Great shared working space with options for hot desks, fixed desks or office space. Classy decor with a nice balance between "professional" and "trendy". But best thing is the support from the team here - they really look after you and nothing is too much to ask. Feels more like a private members club than the normal shared office experience.

Amazing. You won’t find a more pleasant place to work 9-5. The team operating this shared working space are incredibly kind, thoughtful and considerate.
They run this business with a personal touch you won’t feel in any other shared working space, and it’s certainly welcome.

25 Eccleston Place isn't any ordinary co-working space. It's more like an exclusive, discreet club where staff go out of their way to understand member needs and respond to them.
The space itself is beautiful - it's well laid out, elegantly designed and easy to work in. The attention to detail is exceptional, whether that's sound-proofed phone booths or the pretty wallpaper and carpets.
What sets 25 Eccleston Place apart, from any other space I have ever worked in, is the staff. They really do go the extra mile to ensure the space is more than somewhere you go to work. The team is close-knit, responsive and incredibly professional. They nurture the community and are genuinely excited by individual and company achievements.

Great hot desking

A great co-working find and with such a close walk to Victoria station, just a simple 5 minutes away and located in the cute area of the hidden gem of Eccleston Yard.

The layout of this space is great, with all the modern needs of an office environment being met. Both the other clients that use the space and the staff are all so very welcoming to all. It is always well kept, so very clean & especially within our current way of life and dealing with COVID-19 I feel very protected and with no concerns about working here due to all their precautions they have put in.

I enjoy coming here every day, it is like a little oasis escape and a great working environment.
