They blocked my account with all my savings, they asked me the account statement but even if I have sent me they ask me the same thing without finding a solution. Attentive to this scam

I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative comment, but to date the company has become much worse.
It's been months now that the card isn't working, after many messages with the support, which denied the problem for weeks after finally realizing that something was wrong, they gave me some indications to try to solve the problem on my own, doing so, they even blocked my account with all the crypto inside, saying that an additional security check and some documents were needed. You can't imagine how long it's taking, practically inefficient assistance and disappeared after I asked them to send me some details that would be needed to complete these absurd checks faster.
After 2 weeks of continuous emails, they got back to me saying that it still takes time, but not sending me the details I asked for to help them complete this strange security check, thus purposely delaying the timeline.
If you're looking for a crypto-company to invest in, don't choose this one, I have invested in various crypto startups and unfortunately this is the only one to have disappointed me, let's see if they will improve in the future, but for the moment avoid it, there is the risk of seeing my money blocked for a long time and above all you will have to try to do everything yourself, because the assistance is non-existent (and to think that I have the perk with priority assistance).

Problem with an update - support team very helpful
I had a problem with the app for about a week; due to an update, it wouldn't work on my phone, for unknown reasons, so I didn't have access to my account for the whole week.
The support system was very helpful and tried to propose many solutions, which was very important to me because it would have been much more stressful to be ignored; even if the problem solved itself, it was good to know my problem was taken care of in a responsive way.

When having a login issue it is really simple to resolve the problem with 2gether support team!
My concrete problem was related to a password issue, it was appearing an error message “type manually your password” after entering my correct credentials in the app.
Solution was to uninstall/activate again the app and this could have not been possible without contactin support team, which immediately gave me support to solve this.
