I was scammed out of the total plafond available in my credit card which was used to buy something in this company. I didn't even know they existed. Moreover, I now know that at least 4 more people have been robbed the same way I was. I guess their security sucks and you can pretty much use ANYONE's finantial data and get away with it.

Great Project and outstanding client support, I've been using the 2Gether app & card since the recent 2GT Token launch, and they are both really great and functional. I only had a problem with a refund, however, I contacted the Founder Care Team, and they kindly went through my problem and solved it in no time. Thank you so much.

THEY DO WHAT THEY OFFER BUT THEY SCAMMING YOU SELECTIVE , IF THE TRANSACTION FEES ARE 5€ NORMALLY; 2GETHER !!!ALLWAYS!!!! PUT 100% EXTRA FEES ON THAT , THAT MEANS THEY ARE SCAMMING YOUR MONEY ALLWAYS DOUBLE FEES ITS SO DAMN SURE THAT THEY ARE A VERY SHADY COMPANY !

Avoid at all costs if you don't want to lose money. App is buggy, along the few months I have had it, it has reflected wrong balances, they have limited the amount of money you can retire in selloff time allegedly due to a technical limitation. Their token is trash, losing value every day and you can't exchange it in the app, you have to take it to an external exchange. Zero customer service. And on top of that I got an error message from their app acknowledging a transfer error sending bitcoin to my external wallet, but the satoshis were not reinstated to the balance. Sent multiple emails, no answer at all. Not reliable app, I repeat, avoid at all costs. There is much better exchanges out there, pay for your exchange, get a responsible service, do not risk your money. You have been warned.

I love 2gether! It is easy to use and pain-free. They also provided me with a fantastic service and I made money at the same time! Will use again :)

I try to send 70$ in ETH, but the transaction don”t arrived to my external wallet, 1 week later the tecnical service solved my issue and the money was ready in my wallet

I made a transfer of 5€ to the account because the loading of the account via card is not working in the app, I made the transfer by the bank on Monday and a week has passed and I do not appear the 5€ in my account. I made the transfer so I could sell my 200 GT and close the account because this company the support they offer is very bad.
To see if they will rezolver me they always say that transfers can take up to 72 hours but it has been more than that...

I sent 0.007 BTC (about $ 400) to my wallet on 2gether, the transaction was successfully sent and received but my in-app balance remains 0. It's a theft. Unacceptable that there is a "service of the kind" of the support then not even the shadow. Don't waste your money.

Update: after a month they credited me with the sum, too bad that their stupid currency always remains at 0.05 and just to move it out of their app and sell it you need 50 euros just for the transaction fee (in addition to the 50 already spent)

My mother got locked out of her account and can't gain access. We wrote emails and there is no answer.

She gets a message saying that she must setup an additional passcode due to new regulation. When she presses "Set-up passcode", she gets an error message saying "Unexpected error occurred". We uninstalled and re-installed the app, and the same happens.

I’m waiting for my verification already two weeks and nothing happened... No support answer!

I've done some transfers from my bank to 2ghether app without inserting the Concept Code indicated (I forgot) to do it, thinking that they were able to credit the money on my wallet, but now after 4 weeks there's no answer from their side and they've not provided proof of missing transfer on my app, asking always same documents and make me angry
I think I'll open a law suit against them, and I'm surprised that the people continue to trust them and give them money

Great support service. I have an issue sending my eth to external wallet direction they solved my problem quickly.
