I would NEVER recommend this company. Single mum broken down whilst away in UK in tears and would not help at all and showed no empathy.
I was scared and worried eventually after been cold transfered to a lady on the insurance admin team they arranged a manager to call me back. Had to try and find a local garage to take my car which were all fully booked and wouldn't take as dont know what was wrong with it as they wouldn't send anyone out. This is all because I mentioned recently having spark plugs replaced and they persumed this was reason Id broken down without checking. The reason I'd broken down was due to fuel not getting to the engine. In the end arranged my own recovery. Still awaiting a DSAR request and have an ongoing complaint.

Absolutely excellent! This company shows loyalty to their existing customers. This is the first insurance company that I've never had to leave after 12 months because of overpriced, unfair quotes.

God Awful Breakdown cover - AVOID

I would just avoid these guys, pay a little more and go with greenflag, there cheap but have poor contact over phone and no onward travel. Look at the other 1 star reviews, theres a pattern!

So easy to complete my choices online for my breakdown insurance especially as I am not completely computer literate

When I got my renewal for breakdown, it had risen quite dramatically. I then used a comparison sure and got same cover for third of price. I phoned to cancel original renewal and person was so helpful, confirmed cancellation by email and acknowledged my new cover. Good experience, apart from doing better deal for new customers!!

Easy to set up, good price.

Really good service. I had a flat tyre and someone come to change the tyre within 45 minutes.

Easy process to purchase the breakdown cover for a very reasonable price and the cover it affords is very good too. Just hope I don’t have to use it

All a con!
I made a claim for a clutch replacement costing over £500, but it was rejected because I hadn’t had a full service within the required period. I don’t understand what a routine service has to do with a clutch failing, especially when the clutch is considered a wear-and-tear component. I ended up paying the repair bill myself despite paying for the cover.

In my opinion, customers should read the terms and conditions very carefully before buying this warranty, as there may be requirements that could prevent a claim being paid.
Ps. Surely you know who I am so I will not email you! You had the opportunity to offer at least half of the payment but no!!!

Easy, quick and price good

Easy process ,excellent prices cant comment on service as not had to have a call out

Terrible- quoted 3-5 hours for arrival of recovery. Called after 6 hours to say they would be there in another hour. Tried to cancel as the garage was now closed but they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. Overseas call centre hung up on me twice.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

When rang for help after breakdown they refused to help because on their system it said it was a van. Even though the policy was set up for a motorhome. Plus person commented on that policy expires in a week and i was not renewing. I felt that is why they wouldn't help. But happy to take your money.

Tried to cancel auto renewal on the 22nd of July first by phone no answer then by email no reply even tho the renewal date is not till the 29th they took payment on the 23rd ignoring my cancel request

The recovery guy came very quickly - much appreciated - and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The confusing thing was the menu system when I called. Lots of options for if you've broken down on a motorway or a dangerous place, or if you are vulnerable etc, which is all great, but no real option for the simple "I've just broken down in a non-dangerous place, no urgent problem" I needed. I think after going around the menu about 3 times, I just picked one at random. The final option should always be "press 9 for everything else" or something like that.
