Disappointed by slow service and yellow bulbs
Headlights were lost by delivery company which I understand is not 2xcite fault. However, it took the company more than 2 weeks to offer a solution of a refund or replacement. They eventually sent a replacement but I was hoping for some sort of compensation due to the very late delivery and I was told the company can’t do anything. They tried to convince me the replacement was a compensation but that is legally what the company has to do for a lost package, either a replacement or full refund.
The lights are good quality with a good fit. But the low beam and high beam bulbs are yellow and I wish this was made clear and was very disappointed when I saw this. I’ll have to spend a bit more to change them to white bulbs which is something that I shouldn’t have to do considering how much the headlights were. It also forces me to have to remove the headlights to put all new bulbs in.

Hi Zain. It is with regret that your parcel was lost by DPD and the overall experience wasn’t what we both would’ve hoped for. When a parcel is lost by DPD (as rare as that is) we have to conduct an investigation as into what has gone wrong.
Your order was for £370 so naturally this does have to be looked into in a proper fashion – looking back on our correspondence, I’m pleased to advise we kept you updated throughout resulting in just under 2 weeks the replacement had been issued and installed successfully, following our obligation as a seller of goods, however compensation is not something we would offer in this instance which is a request I am somewhat confused about Zain as you reported to me that you were happy with the replacement. The lights had been fitted and final communication was that you were happy with these. Approx 10 days later it is then my understanding you noticed we had launched a 10% sale on the lights which then prompted you to request a part refund. To be clear, this was 4 weeks after your initial order. The request was respectfully and understandably declined due to the fact which we had issued you a replacement to the value of your original order therefore not leaving you out of pocket in anyway shape or form.
It appears that this instance has then led to you leaving a negative review, something which I am deeply saddened by as our communication was positive throughout and I was more than happy to put this right with you.
In regards to the yellow bulbs, again, it was advised that because you had Halogen as standard that you would simply need to install LED low beams into the units, something we can do for you, however you did not express that you wished to explore this service. To confirm, the DRL’s are a bright white colour as advertised.
Zain, I have since made many phone calls with you to discuss, however my calls are repeatedly ignored.

Purchased headlights for insignia
Purchased headlights for insignia they were faulty so got returned. 2xcite sent me a replacement set, of which the drivers side headlight was damaged and both headlights were still faulty. Paid an auto electrician to diagnose the faults with the lights and to rectify them, which 2xcite never offered to reimburse. All was OK until the end of last year when I realised one of the headlight adjustment screws was not working. The light beam had dropped and wasn't moving. I sent this set back to them as requested by 2xcite just before Xmas now they are ignoring me and I'm out of pocket with nothing to show for it!

Excellent headlights
Excellent headlights! I was unsure on whether they would fit my car but the customer service was amazing and they were really helpful. When I ended up buying my headlights, they came quickly and well packaged. Fitted them today and they fit really well and look great - would highly recommend!

Missing headlights
I ordered set of 2xcite headlights for my corsa, which I’ve had problems say they was marked as delivered, which I know isn’t anything to do with this company but they aren’t doing anything in regards to my missing headlights
I’ve called them several times and they saying to raise with dpd which I have done and they have but still not done anything to inburse me with my refund or a new set sent out
Not to happy as a brand new customer

Hi Matt. I'm sorry your experience didn't turn out the way we both would've wanted. Upon closer inspection of this case for you we found that the lights were in fact delivered to you directly. The GPS provided by DPD is your selected address, the photo taken at the point of delivery shows you accepting the delivery, this is confirmed by DPD and is also the same person who has taken in multiple deliveries with DPD all of which were never disputed. The driver was sent back to your address and also confirmed without doubt that the headlights were delivered to you directly. Matt, we are very dissapointed by the overall resolve here as we always continued to work with you and try to find a solution even though your claim was later proven to be false, and now even more dissapointed by your review which as an SME our reviews/reputation is paramount to us. I have and continue to invite you to give me a call directly to discuss further, a call back I'm waiting on. - Callum
