Jesus christ, basically, what a waste of my time. I broke my phone so was due and upgrade, it was cheaper (by £20pm) to start a new contract rather than upgrade so asked if they could price match as ii would have just been joining them again. After spending hours on livechat after being told that they could price match and having to fight them against trying to upsell a phone at £30 more a month I decided to just cancel and go else where. Glad I didn't just upgrade with their 'exclusive offers'. Rip of their existing customers and have the most painful customer service I have ever experienced.

I’ve had a complete nightmare for over 2 weeks with previous network provider. Looked around for sim only deals, 3 looked the best on offer.
I went to the local store told Shaun the situation & what I needed, he gave me an even better deal.
Covered off everything, prepared & explained everything in full.
I am so grateful & relieved after the headache of previous provider.
