I got a nice road bike off the bike to work scheme. Everything went well and I was kept well informed of next steps in the bike to work scheme buying process.
All in all a quick and easy purchase and the bike is in tip top condition, fully checked and set up for my personal needs.

I was purchasing something online from their store, I rang them to double check they hade it in store and they rang me back and guaranteed me it was in store so I bought it online then they rang me back to tell me sorry we don't have it in stock after I paid for it online, it would take up to 14 working days to get it back in stock, thay refunded my money back.

Really happy with my dealings with 360 Cycles in relation to my Tenways CGO600 Pro. Got a service done at the beginning of the year. They helped me sort a warranty issue more recently and, although we had some hiccups along the way, they came up trumps in the end and I got my bike back yesterday at no cost to me. Thanks 360 Cycles and Tenways!

Quick delivery of the item which was in stock, and a call to explain that the 2nd item wasnt available, and took a note to call me when it is available again in a few weeks.

Excellent service from Mike and Uvis. I was unable to order a product online due to it being out-of-stock. Uvis contacted me that day and let me know via a voicemail once the product was back in stock. Excellent customer service!
