ABSOLUTELY USELESS .... Placed an order for just under £100.00 on the morning of 14/01/2021 received confirmation with an estimated delivery date of 15th January 2021 - 19th January 2021. On 22nd January - order hasn't arrived contracted them they replied simply stating "Hi we will dispatch tomorrow, regards 365vet" what an absolutely ignorant, disgusting response - firstly they can't be bothered to address a customer and anything at all ! Secondly, they clearly don't believe it to be appropriate to offer their valued customer any explanation as to why after being advised that my order had been dispatched NINE DAY'S that it still hasn't been dispatched ! and thirdly, they clearly don't believe it to be appropriate to offer an apology for their incompetence. Absolutely disgusting organisation, completely disrespectful with a complete lack of customer support and care. NEVER AGAIN !!

My cat's meds were out of stock at my usual online pet pharmacy so found 365Vet via google. The service was amazing especially considering reduced staff levels, there was an issue with the repeat prescription and they phoned me to make sure the order wasn't delayed at all. 365Vet will get my business from now on.

36 hour turnaround, despite 'reduced staffing hours and despatch delay' warning due to COVID 19 - impressed!

I have used 365vet many times and their service is second to none. They email immediately if any issues with my order and the delivery service is fast.

I have used 365 vet for 8 years they are prompt to deliver the goods I have ordered, I normally ordered the drugs for my bulldog by phone the people you speak to are allways polite and helpful I highly recommend them I would not go anywhere else.

Not great communication. When my dogs medication didn’t arrive I emailed them only to be told the prescription size was too small and they couldn’t read it. I would have thought that in the 10 days since they took my money they could have sent me a quick email to tell me that rather than wait for me to contact them.

Sent out replacement broadline when first one didn't arrive. Good customer service.

Very quick service, I ordered my cats medication on Thursday 14th May, worried as I only had enough medication until Sunday and hoped the order would arrive by Monday. I did not need to worry as the order arrived on Saturday 16th May. Very prompt and reliable service. Will definately use 365Vet again and highly recommend them.

I ordered medication 2 weeks ago but still no items. Communication virtually non-existent. They send a message to say they don't have all the items in and the out of stock items will be delivered when back in stock but they ignore my complaint and I don't have any of the medication they have in stock anyway as nothing has been delivered after 2 weeks! I'm going elsewhere and requesting a full refund. I only tried these jokers because my usual chemist, Weldricks, plus two others I use, were out of stock and weren't getting the items I required on until a week later. I needed them urgently so tried 365vet. But what a mistake that was. I'll stick to Weldricks or one of the others as they are all great

Ordered prescription for my dog on the Wednesday, by Saturday still no sign of it. Emailed and was told it had been sent by first class post that day. Today is Tuesday still not here. I know the post is running normally as I’ve posted two birthday cards to the other side of the country and they both arrived next day. Have emailed them again to say I want a refund as they have clearly not fulfilled the order. Absolutely abysmal service. Will not use again (only used as my normal supplier didn’t have one part of the prescription in stock).

The website was clerly designed by a 3 year old, and try to upload a prescription.... forget it. I did persevere but at the finish it beat me so I had to turn to a professional operation and order my dogs medicine eleswhere.

Ordered for the first time with prescription from vet. Price was attractive but their customer service and handling processes seemed outdated - got impression they weren’t that organised. A refund was slow to be handled so will probably go elsewhere next time

Excellent service. Never any problem, even today when there was a problem with my card. Sorted out immediately. Great company

Placed an order, received an order confirmation, then they emailed me asking why the order had been cancelled. I called them to say I had not cancelled the order and was told that I would have to wait until the next day as they could not check whether payment had been received. Then received the goods the next day, but received no explanation regarding the problem the previous day. Then received an email asking for me to send a new prescription for the order because the current one is out of date, but it is not.

Excellent - my order arrived the next day! Thank you! Will be using again :-)

Ordered flea treatment for my dog, that was 8/5, its now 16/5 & nothing has arrived, Obviously very slow dispatch , over a week.
I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
