I chose 3 Counties based on previous reviews and I can confirm I found them very efficient and very helpful. Initially I contacted them to discuss the survey required and was kept up to date via Amanda as to the progress. On the day of the survey Liz telephoned me to provide an overview and later that day I received the full report , which I thought was structured really well.

Friendly, flexible approach, asked beforehand about any specific concerns that needed checking.
It was great to get a phone call on the day of the survey with a brief summary in advance of full report.

Superb service from Hayley and Tony in relation to our Level 3 survey. The booking process was incredibly easy and Hayley made the process pain free and got us booked in much quicker than any other local company. Hayley was great with communication and was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout.

Tony was incredibly thorough with his report and got this out to us very quickly so that we could proceed with our purchase. Tony called me straight after the survey had taken place and we had a long call to discuss the findings and suggested repair work. Tony made his report incredibly easy to understand and digest and made it clear what works were required.

I would have no hesitations in recommending Hayley and Tony to anyone needing a survey.

The service was very good! Hayley is very responsive, and she answers our questions quickly. Tony is very professional - he provided an overview after the inspection and sent us a comprehensive report.

Thorough survey completed on time and as arranged. Approachable and friendly, they were very good at keeping in touch via both phone and email. The process was explained ahead of the booking, and having completed the survey they contacted us to talk through all points noted and potential rectification work required in a clear, easily understandable language. The report was produced in a timely manner and covered all aspects, including pictures to accompany the text.
Only negative I would mention, due to the successful nature of the company, there was a small waiting period of approx. 3 weeks before they had availability to conduct the survey. That said, it was all explained ahead of time and if you are able to wait, would recommend this company.

I have turned to Tony several times for RICs level 3 surveys over the recent years. The most recent two have both been undertaken and the report produced really quickly and comprehensively. This included a quick call on the day of the survey to highlight a couple of more concerning points. Thank you again.

I can't recommend 3 Counties highly enough - everyone I have spoken to has been lovely and really helpful, and the service has been perfect.

I was never made to feel like my questions were silly, and they were happy to advise me as a first time buyer.

After completing the survey, Liz called me to chat through some of the details which was really helpful and put my mind at ease. The report came through really quickly afterwards.
