I recently used 3 Counties Surveying Ltd for a house survey and was quite impressed with their service. The team was friendly and responsive, always prompt with their emails, which I truly appreciated. Tony and his colleagues provided a thorough and clear report with practical advice, and I found their common-sense approach to be very refreshing. Tony even called me immediately after the survey to discuss key highlights, a gesture I greatly valued. The process was smooth, with effective communication throughout. Although it took a while to schedule the survey due to their high demand, it was worth the wait. Overall, a solid performance that I would rate 4 stars!

We had great service from Amanda and Liz: very prompt in responding to queries; very friendly in the phone call after the survey, and a detailed and thorough survey document.

3 Counties Surveying Ltd undertook two surveys for us. Each time the communication was very helpful with quick responses to our e-mails.
The first survey saved us thousands of £££ that would have been spent solving a significant damp issue, so that was money well spent. Fortunately the second survey was less dramatic and gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase.
After both surveys we had a conversation with the surveyors who gave a useful summary of their findings.
The reports were detailed yet easy to understand and were sent promptly.

I found Three Counties to be very efficient and helpful. They produced a detailed, readable and speedy report - the Survey took place on a Friday and it was delivered after the weekend on the Monday. And Tony was available to answer my questions on the report on the day of delivery.

Well organised company. Nice staff who do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it! Great communication and survey completed swiftly. Would recommend.

Recently had a Level 3 survey completed by Tony. The survey was in great detail and gave us a real understanding of the properties state.

Both Tony and Hayley were very friendly and were extremely quick with replies via telephone and email.

This company from the start were very helpful and understanding in what we wanted surveyed and how important certain aspects were, the survey was very comprehensive and easy to understand, I have phoned the company a few times since the survey to clarify certain items and these were dealt with and explained very clearly, I would recommend this company.

We couldn't have been happier with 3 Counties Surveying. All the folk we spoke to in the office were very human yet professional. Tony took the trouble to answer the many questions I had and listen to me expressing my concerns over various aspects of the property. As promised, he called me straight after the survey and spent over half an hour explaining his findings. The report was sent only 3 days later. The report highlighted a major expense we hadn't been aware of. Thank you to Tony and the team. I couldn't recommend them more highly and would definitely use Tony for any future surveys, hence the 5 stars! :-)
