Great communication throughout our surveying process. Both 3 Counties and Amanda kept us fully up to date with how things were going. Amanda telephoned us on the survey day and gave us a quick preview of the full survey and helpfully pointed out and explained anything untoward, which we found very useful. The full report when it arrived was very well laid out, easy to read and very informative. Overall we were very impressed with both the company and our surveyor Amanda. I was deliberately looking for an experienced local surveyor to check a property for me and Tony is exactly that. Communication was prompt and detailed. He went above and beyond to gather information on the property, including hard to see/reach places. He was generous with time to provide initial feedback and then to answer questions. Highly recommend. We ended up not purchasing the property due to faults that were uncovered as part of the survey and I am extremely grateful we caught them early.
