Every ad I saw stated they would take an a image and help render it 3d. I spent multiple hours designing a custom image to memorialize my since past grandfathers as a gift to my father on his birthday. The only software I had to work with was Microsoft Word, which I then converted to pdf, since the website wouldn't allow the word document. The intention was for a tattered American flag background, their corresponding emblem for miltilty service midground, and name birthdates/passing dates in the foreground. Thats how it was was made, converted, intended, uploaded. The final product received was a sad disappointment, undeserving of the 3D nomenclature promised in all the ads. It was horrid, unreadable one dimensional portrait of overlapping textures that I was embarrassed to present to my father, let only have displayed in our business as my original intention. I understand the fact that I used a 1d software, in designing my image I was careful to layer to aid in developing the 3d image processing promised. In all I WASTED 260 something dollars in an attempt to deliver the best birthday present possible, on display for the world to see. In the end I wasted money that i didn't need to waste, on a product that was promised but couldn't be delivered, on a customer that was hopeful for the perfect gift, but will likely never return.

Poor quality
I was very disappointed in the quality of the key chain I ordered. The picture was not visable was better with light. It looks like a bad glass etching. The faces are not clear. Does not look like the examples I saw. Ordered it for my granddaughters valentines present. Did not give it to her. Would not recommend.

I was in the ATL area looking for something special for my husband's birthday. I saw the beautiful glass sculptures made from pictures and knew this would be a keeper. My husband turns the lights on his gifted sculpture every week. The weight and lighting are just wonderful. BTW, I got this quickly before the New Year! Ordered it last week in December. I really had to thank the management for their thoughtfulness.

Defective Crystal Photo Bell x 2
After recieving the bell crystal photo, the crystal developed an opaque white interior density and the picture could not longer be visualed. This happend at the top of the bell.
After the inititial episode 3D Laser printed and shipped a new one at no charge.
When the same crystal distortion happened to the second one, I gave up. Did not report or ask for refund.
I will not be using or recommending 3D Laser Gifts based on this experience. Great customer service. Defective products x 2 is reason for this 2-star review.

Great Customer Service ..But product does not live up to their wedsite examples
I would love to give this company 5 stars on the rep Bruna Tapia. She/He? was exceptional at a speedy response to my concerns about the 2 crystals gifted to me for Christmas. They went right to work to fix the clarity problem. The picture was hardly visible, even with a light behind it. Looked nothing like the examples they show on their website. Did not appear 3D at all, more 1 dimensional. They were unbelievably attentive to my request and sent replacements immediately. Here is where we go from 5 stars on their customer service down to 2-3 or less stars on the actually product. Although it does appear a bit clearer and more dimensional it still unfortunately does not look as 3D as ANY of their examples. Maybe I will buy a lighted base, because unless you hold it up to your eyes you have no idea what it is on our book shelve. Sorry, I wanted to love the second product due to your great customer service (Bruna). These are very pricey and just not the quality Shown on their website.

In regards to the 3D effect, we want to clarify that we work with 2D pictures to create the 3D model. This means that we can only work with the information that is shown in the 2D picture and we are unable to create a representation of what is behind the people in the photos.
We want to assure you that we always strive to create the best possible crystals, just like the ones shown on our website. It is disheartening that you feel that your crystal is not the same.
Regarding the visibility issue, depending on where you plan to place the crystal, it may be difficult to see the design since the crystal is transparent and the etching is entirely white. To enhance the visibility of the image, we always recommend purchasing the Light Base along with the crystal. The Light Base illuminates the engraving and brings the image to life.
If you would like, we can still try to address your specific concerns and rework your crystal. Please feel free to reach out to us via email for further assistance.
