They made a very good model of an airplane interior. Good details but very light, and everything in regular quad polygon mesh. It's been a privilege flying with them!

I'm very happy with the results of our custom job.
I had to create three models from scratch and asked Dima for a quote. He got back to me immediately and started to work on the custom job. A few weeks later he sent us the files that were slightly off the original design.
I asked for some simple corrections that were made in a matter of days! The final models were absolutely spot on! I definitely recommend their custom service!

beware..

products are barely as discribed, dimensions wrong, size wrong, waited almost a month for a file convert so i could start working with my programm.

service is the worst...

Their support team has been very responsive. The models are very detailed and as described. It is easy to work with them and to download and get working, fast.

I ordered a file and it stated "3D model based on the original dimensions" This is not true at all. It is within 1 or 2% which for a motorcycle that could be 200mm out...

I argued the fact and so Hum3D "Dimi" deleted my account, Since then though not able to retrieve what I paid for I decided to set up a new account and order other models for a different purpose, since purchasing these files some models were incorrect in design, I since spoke to Dimi the owner of HUM3D and stated the incorrect sections to be told I would have to provide the dimensions and details for them to repair the model. The point of the models was to use as I didn't have the actual real-life variant. Now the files I have purchased I am not able to download seems Dimi has removed the download access.

Dimi is rude and the company is untrustworthy, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM there are other companies who are respectful with much better customer service unlike Hum3D

Considering the considerable amount I have spent with HUM3D I would have expected some respect but he is rude and only replies when convenient to him. As I downloaded some of the files already I can't even get a refund for the ones that are not acceptable. Very unhappy!

I asked HUM3D for a model creation
they tell me 1200$ for a Truck work and if i pay the 1200$ and i think they will sell the model on her site for 95$ after i bought it. Absoluty bad for people who need low price quotes.

I do accident reconstruction animation for a living so find myself in need of vehicles all the time. I have a variety of "go-to" sites but Hum3D is always my first choice. I expect to have to change the vehicle color to match that of the case I am working on - but that is about it. Pretty much download and insert in my scene. Problems I have with other sites for vehicles I do not have have Hum3D. Those problems being that I spend hours prepping a model ( besides color change) to work in my lit scene. Problems including - but not limited to - ridiculous amount of objects and identical shaders. I mean other models have each of the 5 or 6 lug nuts on each tire ( 20 -30 total) separate objects WITH IDENTICAL SEPARATE SHADERS. Same with many other identical parts like glass, rims, reflectors etc. So my file has nearly 100 shaders when it should be 6 or 7. nearly 100 objects that could be combined in groups to be maybe 20 or so. The shaders also need to be tweaked to remove a blasted out ambient light channel - looks good for a scene with no lights - but mine have lights so the model looks radioactive. All a lot of extra work I don't have with Hum3D models. They are also less expensive. I got my last one for $95 and saw the same (ish) model on competitors sight for $129

I would like to thank the hum3d team for the professional work and their assistance with providing me the model. The model they provided me is exactly what I was looking for and in great quality.

The support at Hum3D is second to none.
I want to thank them for helping me get the model to the place I needed it to be for my project. I will certainly use their services again.

Recently purchased a 3D model of an SUV from Hum3D. Dima Korchagin and team have been excellent to work with and their service has been great with quick response times. They have provided all the changes and requests I have made after the purchase and delivery of the first files. Hum3D has followed exact directions and the work has been excellent. I will surely be purchasing more models in the future and look forward to working with Dima and the team. Keep up the great work!!!

€ 95 thrown away, I bought a model "with the real measurements" and it is only a slight approximation, it is useless, I have claimed and they do not accept the claim, not even Paypal, the protection to the buyer is null, no I recommend buying anything from these scammers

Ordered a particular model for a rare car that wasn't modelled on any other platform. Attention to detail was precise, and only took a week for completion. Awesome work

We buy 3D models of vehicles several times a month.

The quality of Hum3D's product is consistently high, and provides an excellent base for our animations. We recently commissioned a model from scratch and are delighted with the results.

Great models and great customer support. Had no issue fixing models we'd purchased.

We bought a model from Hum3D that had missing components when compared to its real-life counterpart. We reported that to them, mentioning that these components needed to be added to the original version since we were creating an animation showing them. They modeled those parts upon our request and added them to the original package a couple of days later. We're very happy with the final result. This was premium service and modeling.

Hello, I've only had very good experiences so far! Hum3d tries very hard and made all corrections to my complete satisfaction, even of files that I had bought years ago. They really get the top grade from me!
