2 Day Express Shipping Sucks

Paid for 2 Day Express shipping, its been a week and I'm still waiting for the LCD to arrive. Never buying from here again!

We are sorry for the delay in delivery. On our part, we did everything to ensure that the package was delivered on time - the package was sent on the next day after placing the order. We work with the best courier companies, but unfortunately we have no influence on their work and random situations.
As agreed with the customer, half of the shipping costs were reimbursed.

Great Value and fast service.

I am in the UK. I ordered a new part for my 3D printer from 3d partner shop who are based in Poland. They had one of the cheapest prices ( I saved £25) and Delivery was Just 8 euros by UPS.
The item was delivered to me in JUST 3 days. To be honest I was amazed.
A brilliant result, Thank you 3d partnershop.

I'm sure if no problems happen in transit this company will do the bare minimum of getting the item to you, however if anything happens to the package in delivery they will accept no responsibility and give you nothing. Their UPS courier dropped the unit causing massive damage to it. They will not offer a replacement as they do not have one in stock. They offered a refund however they refuse to pay for the customs fees/Tax which I had already paid this comes to £600. So effectively you will be at a loss of this amount as they will only refund the money you paid them if any problems. They constantly say its UPS issue and nothing to do with them. I have looked into getting the printer professionally repaired and they refuse to allow this as they say it would void the warranty and they will not pay for any repairs from a third party. Basically They are saying if I get a refund I do not get the tax back which is non refundable and they will not pay for a repair so either way I am going to be out of pocket hundreds of pounds for their courier dropping the unit which was not my fault. This issue is still ongoing and I am at a loss of what to do - I have spoken to my credit card company who say they will have to do a section 75 dispute under the consumer credit act 1974 which seems to be my only option which in my opinion is disguising that I have had to do this and when I tell the company I will do this they say it is illegal which I do no believe. again do not use - they will respond to this with some nonsense that they will never leave a customer in this position yet will still leave me in this position. Be aware that if the item becomes damaged in transit you will be in a real situation of stress and upset.
