Love my new printer! It arrived right on time and in perfect condition, great deal.

Their price match guarantee is a lie - they told me flat out that they wouldn't match a lower price... "our service is better", and such, as excuses, but they still advertise price matching.
Next, they remove all but the most positive reviews from their site- the first time I ordered from them, I left a good review, which was immediately visible. The next time, I mentioned the non-existent price match, (in an otherwise positive review), and oddly enough, that one never showed up! I even tried it again, with the same result. I will never recommend a business that engages in such deceptive practices! I have since steered three friends away from them, when the time came to buy their printers. You just can't trust them.

I would recommend "3D printers bay" . the machines are well designed and at a very good price . . cannot fault the service in any way . .excellent!!

They are essentially a USA based storefront that has the printers shipped directly from the manufacturers in China. As far as my several dealings with them they seem to be well run and responsive. I haven't had to do a return or replacement etc with them so I can't speak to that service. I plan on using them again

I got my 3D printer in less than 4 days. My printer had a broken piece (LCD panel) and they sent the replacement inmedeately

Item shipped fast and was as ordered, no issues so far out of the box just need to build it and fire it up!

I would give 5 Stars easily, I ordered a Creality Ender 2 from them and had it delivered in 3 days to the USA. Arrived in Perfect Condition.

Fun father daughter project, we were able to get it all together and calibrated. Manual and parts did not matchup exactly for assembly of linear rails but swapped out M3x12 with M3x10 faster to make it work. Kit had extra parts which came in handy.

Shipment arrived in good time seeing as it came from Hong Kong, have not had any actual interaction with 3dprinterbay as there was no issue with my order.

Excuse after excuse

Ordered a printer, waited a few weeks and still had not received shipping notification. When contacted, the rep I had dealt with gave excuse after excuse as to why the item has not shipped. Waiting for a refund at this point.

My experience with them was a pleasant one. Fast shipping, good customer service. Most probably I'll buy again from them.
