Great software, i like the UI.

Your service is a total disgrace. I just started using it and tried to list a simple motorcycle part — a motorcycle air cleaner cover. Your system can’t even pick the correct category, and when I type just one word “motorcycle” it finds nothing. This is pathetic, and you dare to charge high fees for it? Unbelievable.

Great customer service. Boosted my sales by marketing my eBay store internationally. Great pricing and product.

Absolutely bad experience.
We urgently need a solution to migrate a huge Business Ebay Shop. Sent them an email to support our case and help us with their solution. Received a "standard email" not specifically addressing my case. After getting back to Karolina, who sent me this standard email, i've never herad back from them. Been sending 3 Emails since then, because it's urgent. They don't seem to want to have new customers. If the support is the same, after you've bought their product, my answer is "No thank you!" On to the next.

I honestly cannot say enough about 3D Sellers Software. I find the software to be very user friendly, and I have come a long way since I started selling Playing Cards, Magic, Magic Books, DVD's and much more on eBay. I have been selling products now for almost 2 years and my store has come a long way since I started, and I have to hand it to 3D Sellers.

This software has NEVER crashed, nor have I ever lost data, Inventory, Customer info etc. I honestly can say that 3D Sellers is the first program I have seen in my 59 years on the planet that has had not one problem. Honest to God. I know it sounds impossible but it is the truth. I cannot afford to lose my data or listing information. Though 3D Sellers has a feature to back up your data, if I lost it or some how the main file became corrupt it could possibly put me out of business. Certainly it would be a massive set back.

They also constantly update the software. It's like finding $20 Bucks on the street as you are working in the software, suddenly you notice new buttons, Different updates and suddenly you look down and there is a new feature just looking at you like the $10 or $20 bill you may find on the street. It really is very exciting when it happens, and all the feature and updates are incredible.

If you are looking for something to track your Business, be it customer information, Inventory, Marketing Campaigns or reports etc. This dependable software is highly recommended by my business to yours. My Company is Dan's House of Cards & Magic on eBay. I do not do Reviews, the only way I ever do a review is if I am very impressed by the company I am dealing /trusting to run my business. 3D Sellers fits that card. You won't be disappointed.

This 3D Sellers program is aces! I have been using them for years and I love the ease of making changes to my listings, tracking orders or inventory, and automation. One feature I like to use is the AI-generated SEO! it really simplifies the process and is very accurate.

Overall, they have a very good product. The problem is their concept of support and timing. I have been asked twice to wait an entire week for technical support. So for half the month I had to pay for service, I was kept waiting to schedule a support call.

UPDATE 8-15-2025: Unfortunately, the company's reply is rather disingenuous. They did not reach out to me at all to set up another time for support. If they had, and it was as simple as that, this would not have been my experience.

I cannot rave enough about the staff at 3Dsellers! Joe, Avi and Karolina are kind, always willing to help and very professional and made my transition over to 3Dsellers much easier than I thought it would be. Their program is so complete that I was able to get rid of Inkfrog and Crazylister saving me a good bit of money as 3D sellers can do it all for less than I was paying for just one of those others! If you're on the fence, give them a try. It was the best decision I ever made!

3Dsellers is the best one stop eBay solution tool I have used. The integration is brilliant and it has more eBay features than any other software on the market. The customer support is amazing and if there is a feature you would like but they don't have, they will explore the possibility of making it for you. It also integrates with Shopify which I use and there are plenty of other sales channels and socials you can link it to and control your inventory in one place for the lot. The customer service chat bot is also brilliant and you can go as deep or as basic as you want with that. Can't praise 3Dsellers enough.

Had a demo scheduled for 2/26, 12:30 PM. I received an email at 12:32 that demo was cancelled. No reason provided, no attempt to re-schedule. Contacted their "customer service" via chat and was told someone would respond within 24 hours. Never received a response. Completely unprofessional. Awful customer service. How do these people stay in business?

This is an amazingly robust app that, in a short amount of time, has become a total game changer for our online presence and this is largely due to the top notch customer service from Joe, Karol and team. Highly recommended!

I really recommend this platform, a lot of bugs as soon as eBay changes its programming, a team is there to help you but you quickly pass for a guinea pig (beta tester). The price is expensive compared to the operation of the site. After several months, it is useless, I advise you to study the search engine of Ebay Cassini. 3dseller is poorly classified by eBay (Silver rating).
Other platforms are better.

The product needs a lot of improvements - for us oemsaver101 eBay store it just stopped working causing us month of missed review requests. while the support team responds they don't take responsibility, also the automated emails are disconnected from the support team.

Awesome customer service. Always there to help. Great and reliable functions for my business. Highly recommend to anyone needing ecommerce management software. I'm using it for order management and customer service for my ebay accounts and will continue to do so.
