This review is a long overdue one. I have been selling on eBay since 2001 and using 3DSellers since 2019, and I absolutely love the system. This is my go-to management tool for my eBay store. I have over 1800 items listed and as a one-person operation it is necessary to have a tool that I can depend on and that works for me. The ability to search my listings and add details or make changes is a smooth process. I can add custom sku's change pricing or add someone to my Blocked list very easily. It is also customizable in the listings dashboard. I can add or delete irrelevant columns of details. The Dashboard also provides a snapshot of your sales volume. When I first used this it was simply for their listing templates, and I have customized them to have my own Saved designs. But they have many to choose from and allow you to tweak them as you need. Reports are also a key factor, you can easily generate details of your sales and the reports are customizable. Auto messaging is a great feature. I have mine set and can not tell you how many thank you messages I receive in response to the auto-generated emails the system has sent. The best feature is customer service. There is an instant message link so you can message them at any time. They are quite responsive and very helpful in resolving any questions. I am thrilled with 3Dsellers and plan to continue using it for a long time.

I have used this company for 2 years. Customer service is excellent and responsive. I found the shop design is working well to cross promote and the software quite easy to use. I particularly like the ability of editing cross different accounts in one place which saves time. Thanks and keep up the great work.

The CSV import saves me a lot of time. Also being able to tag listings and set templates. A lot can be done in bulk. Automated offers is also a time-saver. And their support is quick to solve problems. They get right at it! Highly recommended for eBay businesses.

3D Sellers has been a wonderful platform to start as a beginner. With very detailed up to date help guides and friendly customer service.

They are welcome to new Ideas and willing to work with you, providing timely assistance and guidance.

3D sellers is a great tool to automate your eBay business. It was super easy to set up an auto delivery of paid products with no issues.

I have been using 3d sellers for over a year now, and they have been great. System easy to use, they answer or resolve any issues really quickly and extremely helpful. I am actually in the process of upgrading my account to include their multi channel integrations. I recommend they very highly.

Was an excellent eBay solution a few years back. Then beginning in early 2022 and continuing until very recently the software became riddled with bugs and errors, many of which compromised core functionality. Support has understandably had trouble keeping up with responding to issues. We have lost a lot of productivity in listing items on eBay. We then recently became aware that a large percentage of our company's mobile descriptions are wrong on eBay. After a month still no help on that issue. The software is robust and powerful when working properly. Unfortunately, the working properly has been an issue. It's been more stable the last week or so which is a good sign I hope.

The best platform for ebay. I use it for sell digital product and it's perfect with the very practical database management. The customer service is really attentive to our requests.
