I have had this for a few years now and it has been a wonderful edition for my ebay stores. I am hoping they get the multichannel for big commerce. Also anytime I have had any sort of question they answer pretty quick which is nice not to wait when you need an answer. Good job love the software

Their staff takes the time to walk through the issue you are having and makes you a priority. It's been a great experience using their service.

At first look on here this company looks amazing but if you actually read the reviews & look at who is leaving them (single review accounts) a lot of them look similar especially all the ones that mention 3Dsellers in the first line, this actually put me off wanting to use the service, but after looking at reviews of a few other sites that have similar functions, even with the fake reviews they did seem to be the best so I gave them a shot.

My main reason for needing the software was to transfer 5000 listings from one account to another so I could cancel my concierge subscription & save myself the £500 a month & it works really well.

I also had a load of odd prices because I used to lower prices by percentage which I don't do anymore & rather than go though every one & change them to .99 there is a function to do it in bulk which is great, so every time I move listings over I can edit the price & round it to the nearest 99p.

Impressed so far but it's only bee 24h so I will update this review if anything changes.

The service is brilliant and really helped accelerate my business growth. I struggled to keep on top of the admin side of eBay and this is a great help to add professionalism to a growing site.

I tried 3Dsellers before trying out other ebay's management software, which includes Inkfrog, Crazylister and Auctiva. I came back to 3dsellers as my primary tool to manage my eBay's store. 3dseller has everything the other apps have and more.

3Dsellers is an excellent ebay listing software that makes it easy to list and manage your items. The software is easy to use and has a variety of features that make it a great choice for anyone selling on ebay. The customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I would highly recommend 3Dsellers to anyone selling on ebay.

3Dsellers.com is a great software that helps me manage my ebay business with ease. I have been a 3D Sellers user now for 5 months or so.

Firstly, it is a good system, but wow you will get frustrated setting it up. The listing designer tool will really agitate you, and if it doesn't, you certainly have a lot more patience than I. It will shift and move images to places you do not want, has really limited options to customise, and will have you going back and forward to the preview tool constantly. Many aspects just do not work, or have a caching limitations (like customer reviews). Working across devices like desktop to mobile is really hard work. I had to give up on tablet, and focus on desktop and mobile, but the templates really make all three, near impossible to master.

But, once you get it working it does work well. But it will take you days. For me it took weeks, due to how limited my time is, for this business.

The cross selling tool does not work on mobile (smartphone) on the listings which is a major flaw. Reason being is that is forces a new window open, and it fails to load or enable a user to engage with the new browser window in app. Seeing that about 70-80% of all eBay traffic is on mobile, this is a pretty big issue. And most users will access via app and not mobile web. Making this feature and one of its big selling points defunct.

I love the automated emails, and there is a lot of goodness here. I hadn't realised by using special characters and symbols, it will not render the email. I used a "<3" and it took me months to realise. Which is really disappointing and has left me a little bitter. I run a part-time business and have a really busy full-time job on top, so am really limited to the detail I can get into.

Many of the features work very well, and am very grateful for many of them, but there are so many bugs in the system.

The Find and Replace tool does not work.

There are so many flaws in the bulk edit tools, and have been left frustrated time and time again. I have been trying to automate my processes, and sadly this tool actually often decreases some aspects of my work flow but massively increases others. Making this more work often than I get back.

You cannot download the listings, so can not actually edit in bulk on many aspects (such as description as one example or custom specifics), which is another huge flaw. So unless you are uploading listings and have records of the sheets, this functionality is effectively lost.

I find the inventory control feature does not work, which meant I was constantly having to go in and restart my listings, and the system sees them as new listings every-time, making the reporting useless, I am afraid.

I get no value at all from the insights or reporting, and see this layer as mute I am afraid.

You can not use international characters also such as "é" with any consistency or ease. This is a huge problem as my Brand Name and the Brand I sell contain these, meaning that my titles fail, and content, meta tags etc all do not work. So have had to remove them and try and limit damage.

I am also using several other tools. The automated feedback emails are not generating any feedback, and the automated offers tool, which I paid quite a lot extra for, really isn't providing results.
Both of which I am trying to optimise, and will keep plugging away with.

The support staff are responsive, when they can be, but I am yet to find a solution to so many of my problems, and often have to revert to editing listings manually one by one. I can only work weekends, and they do not, so this is a big issue for me.

The tool was meant to increase my throughput and accelerate my business growth; it often saves me time in some areas, but massively increases it in others, due to bugs or aspects not working as expected.

So I find 3Dsellers a tool that simply doesn't really deliver. It promises a lot, and when it works well, it does work well. But this is far from consistent and I find myself constantly frustrated with it, and rather disappointed.

We have been working with 3d sellers for a few months now and are blown away with their support and care. We have a larger ebay store and have grown accustom to our pervious messaging platform however due to them raising their prices to unheard of prices, we decided to start shopping for a new option. We primarily only use this service to answer messages on ebay. With eight employees sending and receiving hundreds of ebay messages and handling different ebay issues, the ebay platform can get quite confusing. 3D sellers has made our transition from our previous messaging services painless.
There are always hiccups and bumps when anyone makes changes from how they had previously done a task for many years. Migrating to 3D sellers was no different. There were a handful features that we relied heavily on to perform our day to day tasks with all eight employees and when asked if it was an available function, they were quick to get back to us and if it was not an available option, they most of the time made it an option. This made the services that they provide go from “this will get us by” to “this is exactly what we need”. In the event that there were bugs or glitches , as all computer software has, they were quick to not only get them fixed, they stayed on top of communication to make sure that we had whatever issue we were having fixed.

I've been a long-time user of 3dsellers, when I first found them I was in search of eBay customer service software to answer emails for our eBay stores, but I found that 3dsellers had a lot more than what I was initially looking for. On top of that when we ask to have some custom features made that brought value to our business and their platform they were not hesitant to work with us to achieve that.

I would consider our business enterprise level in our industry, and 3dSellers has been a great tool in creating a more efficient workflow for our business, bringing us fewer costs in wages, better customer service response time, overall efficacy, and more sales month over month.

They have a very active development team that is always improving the platform based on things that customers request and vote on and features that will bring value to all of their customers.

The cost and return on value is a no-brainer, this software not only saves you tons of time but also helps produce more profit by giving you more time to do other things that are important to your business.

While we have not fully moved 100% over to 3dSellers for inventory management, this is something we plan to do in the future while also working with 3dsellers to enhance their already robust inventory management features to fit the needs of our business.

Customer service is great, they're always responsive and resolve issues in a quick and timely fashion, they make you feel like they care about their product and your business every step of the way.

The value of this product is tremendous and I highly recommend it.

I've been using this software for about 2 months now and I have to say the Automatic Messages service is a game changer, a true must have for eBay sellers.

The customer service has been very helpful. I've used the Listing Designer service too and that is awesome! My listings look much better now.

3Dsellers is a gem for eBay sellers wanting to stay organized and work more efficiently. The service not only makes it faster and easier to list items, but it also enhances your ability to spice up your listings to make them more professional & attractive. I especially like the site's layout in modules with the different facets of creating an eBay listing (i.e., assigning correct category, creating title, adding details required & recommended by eBay, adding photos, enhancing item description & SEO phrases, setting auction & Buy It Now prices, and even eBay shipping policies). Once you learn the ropes, it really speeds thing up and the website is RESPONSIVE to what you type in, when you type it. Then you just upload the whole thing to eBay in one shot instead of fighting with the eBay listing page updating/saving detail-by-detail. Then I just head back to eBay to review the active listing, and mark eBay's check box if I want the listing to run more than once. It even permits you to create an additional web storefront (very attractive) and interface with Facebook's eBay Store tab (if eligible). One other thing: 3Dsellers' customer service is excellent. If you have a problem, you just send them a message and they get working on it, keeping you updated by messages on your 3Dsellers Site + e-mails. Really, really a great way to make eBay selling much more fun, with too many extras to even list here. As may may have guessed, I really like it.

very good system, helps a lot the automessage module, but it have a lot of bugs/issues, I keep using it, but I need to contact suppourt every week for constant issues with the system (sometimes same issues not resolved even after weeks of reporting it), I really like it, but they need to work hard with the developers with all of those issues
