Absolutely the WORST 'broadband'…
Absolutely the WORST 'broadband' experience with zero customer support/service and several blocks to ensure you don't get to sort the issue out and are passed through bots.
Frequent cut of connectivity to the internet requiring disconnection and reconnection. Slow internet speed. Thought I had an 18 mth contract which began in Nov 23 - it's not, it's 24 months but I think I'll pay to get out of it!

I was with 3g net since they lunch in the UK back in 2003 small problem here's and Thier but it's ok can be happening sometime
but now come to big and serious problems I ordered home broadband back in November 2024 I received my package 📦 but items was used and faulty to I called back they happily replace and send me another one I was happy to receive new items when I opened the box unfortunately again damaged I called back again what's going on they said can be possible and I asked this is the new contract I should receive new items not used or damaged they said you can cancel it instead of providing me good service
For the argument of sake I recorded all calls with 3g agent's permission
I do believe 3g is the cheapest network but unfortunately service is absolutely awful the reason IAM saying about service from November 2024 till today on 26/12/24 I never received any decent service or Reasonable answers from 3g network
Been with 3g network since 2003 till 2024 I really regret to stay with for that long I wouldn't advise to anyone do not stay with any network providers for more than for one or two years contract move on go somewhere else for years or two than back you will respected 100% don't west your time with one company
And one more Smarty is 3g network too so be careful from smarty to we should not west our hard earning money with theses companies who don't know to provide the best service to customers pay somewhere else £1 or £2 extra and get peace of mind so advise stay away from scammers like 3G and 2nd branch smarty

Went with 3 g took a 2 year contract , at the end of the 2 years you are supposed to stop the contract and take a new one out , i wasnt told this so they let the old contract carry on running and start a new contract , so you are being charged for 2 contracts , they dont stop the first one but chage you for it ,SHOCKING COMPANY SCAMERS i tried to get my money back for the first contract but they would not refund me , so my bank got the money back for me ,i could have lost £268 over 2 years KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS GANG

Every month I get charged extra, I don’t know how to cancel contract, if I cancel the contract, I got charged big money. I stuck with 3G and I really hate it.

have tried to contact this company again today. The wait time on their phone number was 25 minutes!! Do they think that not answering calls PROMPTLY is professional? Their AI chat bot is 100% useless and not fit for purpose, you get more info. from a 1970s pac-man. If you don't enter a phone number it just ends the chat - what a con!! Start employing people to answer a phone (after all you're purportedly a communication company) and deal with queries promptly and efficiently. Spent 1 hour on Saturday trying unsuccessfully to resolve a problem with them. I am currently expecting an answer from them in a further 10 minutes - apparently.

LIARS ! Told me they were the THREE promotional department and as i had just been looking at THREE packages via my login (im already a customer) i made the school boy error of believing they were. I signed up to a contract 12/12/23 but as of 13/12/23 i can tell you i will be sending any dleivery straight back and i have informed my bank to not authorise any payments they request. I spoke to 3g.co.uk today as they rang me up to take on additional contracts (cancel my current contacts with no cancellation fee) - which made me suspicous so i started asking questions and then found out it was 3g.co.uk not THREE.
STAY AWAY. USed number 02133 281196 AND 01519460412 - but i assume these will keep changing.
Poor customer service
Have been with them for years and had no real issue. But the past couple months the coverage has been terrible. Contacted them several times and they reset or updated something and it was fixed for that evening but next day the same fault would return. I really don’t want to leave a bad review but I’ve just contacted them today and the person said I’ll transfer you and just left me on hold until I gave up. So now I’m really annoyed.

After having contract with 3 since 2018 I got virus it completely took everything , phone internet and TV , identity theft is terrifying everything just keep coming . I had no communication with anyone , I am single ina county I know no one after fleeing domestic violence and mental health problems , 3g sent me a new Xiaomi 12 phone when I opened it was cracked in two places at back that affected the microphone, made it almost impossible to hear or be heard , I called 3 they said I had to send it to china instead of being returned and replaced by them , I have no phone now at all , after 4.5 years as customer never missed a payment that I'd how I was and being treated by 3g. No way to contact or be contacted by anyone ( except using this fone in my neighbours ) I can't tell you how frightening it is being virused as I was and my personal details were stolen .
Thank you 3g you made a terrible situation even worse .
